Does not make it at all easy to download purchased music.
I am not sure why, but Schott-Music has chosen to implement a particularly customer-UNfriendly approach to ordering.
So, you go to their online shop, buy some downloadable sheet music, and then you can't download it.
No, instead you have to submit a request for them to send you a download link. Then you wait. And wait. And wait. And wait. And wait. And wait. And wait.
Eventually, you will get bored.
So you'll follow their advice, and contact support.
And then you'll wait. And wait. And wait. And wait. And wait.
It is almost as though they want to take your money without giving anything in return.
So, the long and the short of it is this. If you want to buy sheet music for download, DO NOT use Schott Music.
EDIT: Still giving Schott Music one star, because this is still ridiculous, but it appears that the "two to ten minutes" or even "fifteen minutes" that they quote for preparing a download is, in actuality, closer to FIFTY minutes.
So you will get the download, but allow close to an hour for it to become available.
This is daft in a modern world.
