Still not received
I've still not received my tablets. It's be even weeks since I ordered them. I wouldn't say it's your fault but the delivery service by royal mail. Why does it need to be tracked?? It needs to be signed for? Why? They take it back if no one in. Then you have to wait for redelivery! Which can take a week if you're working. I don't think you should use tracked but the other service so they leave in a safe spot.

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately due to the Royal Mail strike action, deliveries are taking much longer than usual. We use the 48hr tracked service in order to be able to follow up on any orders which may go missing - without this, we cannot follow up with Royal Mail. This does not require a signature and can be left in your safe place or with a neighbour but it may be worth following up directly with your local post person or post office to advise as to where to leave parcels if you are not in. Having looked at your tracking number on the Royal Mail website it says your order was delivered on 27th October. Please do get in touch directly if it has in fact not arrived by emailing info@schwabepharma.co.uk and we can help you further. Thank you.
