When looking to replace our out-dated graphing package, I evaluated 6 different graphing packages looking for a replacement. SciChart came out ahead of the pack, especially when throwing a significant amount of data points at it. After purchasing, development has been simple. There are many in-depth examples of the various chart types, and with a few quick tweaks, you can be up and running. All questions we've had have been answered in short order. Now, several years later we're switching from WPF to a web javascript front end, and we will definitely be picking up additional SciChart licenses to support it.

For financial charting in WPF the performance is impressive. SciChart can render 5 million data points in the blink of an eye and you can zoom in and out with ease. Although I haven't really needed it, I have found the support is top notch and they take bug reports seriously. It's a big step up from the charting that was included in the original .NET framework. I've been a satisfied customer since version 5.

We use SciChart in a cryptocurrency trading application on mobile (iOS, Android) as well as JavaScript. This has by far the greatest performance of all the chart libraries allowing us to display huge amounts of data without slowdown. Also a really helpful, friendly support team for any issues we encounter

We currently only use the WPF diagrams and are very impressed with the feature set and the wealth of different diagram types in both 3D and 2D environments. The performance of the charts is also at the highest level. The example app has many examples, which is extremely helpful in implementation.
If there are problems with implementation, the support is very helpful and has even gotten better in recent years. The quality of the answers in the forum is usually very good and helpful.
Support requests are discussed constructively and bugs are fixed very promptly. Depending on the complexity, new requirements or feature requests are implemented relatively quickly.

The support is very rapidly to answer my all questions.
