Delivery of injections has always been at the time provided with no problems.
Nurse Emma who has been my most regular nurse is friendly and helpful and always arrives around the appointment time she says.

The nurse's are very friendly and efficient they make you feel at ease.They let you know what time they will arrive and I have never had a problem with the service.If you have to change your date or need advice the people answering the phone are helpful and friendly.The delivery is always on time as well

Unprofessional...
Really inconvenient you have to write off a whole day to fit in with their delivery schedule. This week called and sent 2 emails to reschedule a delivery and have been ignored. Now run out of life saving cancer meds. They cannot be trusted with such a vital role. Will be reporting them and seeking an alternate method of getting my prescription.
Already contacted pt etc. Why dont you know? Totally uninterested.

Friendly and professional
Friendly, understandable nurses and staff. The experience and treatment ran smoothly and the communication between all parties was professional and helped at a very stressful time. It was nice to have professional support at home over a long period of time. Thank you.

Good service
When you need a product delivered to you this sorted out straight away.
The only thing I would like is the nurse to call me on the day they are coming to administer my injection.

Provide a good service
Always contact me in good time for medication delivery. Driver comes in expected time slot. Nurse arranged suitable time for injection and have been accommodating when things have clashed with other commitments.
