Great prices, delivery takes a while though.

Scifier, has a lot of good selection of manga, which I really like. I shop from them a lot as a manga collector. But the delivery is dissatisfactory, especially being a UK based website, and as a person from the UK. Their delivery takes too long to arrive ideally it’s should be within a week but it could take 3weeks to a month or more. It’s frustrating since the charge for delivery. They really need to improve on their delivery service. And another aspect, is recently when I order my manga from them, some of them will come damaged. Making me lost my trust in them.

The manga are super high-quality. They come extremely well packaged, very safe during transportation. The only downside of having them shipped to Albania is that I do not get to have a tracking number to be able to track them but they did come within the estimated time of arrival. When I asked the customer support for information or an update on my mangas’ location, they were quick to answer and help, and were transparent about the fact that they could not track beyond the UK. However, they were ready to issue a loss claim and to send a replacement package, but thankfully there was no necessity for that. The staff is super helpful and they’re very correct with the deliveries and I cannot wait to order again! The prices are really good, much cheaper than the manga I would buy locally in Albania hence why I have to order from abroad. Thank you so much for the great experience. This is my third order and I’m very satisfied.

Scifier is a great and reliable webstore, I've purchased quite a few items from them already over the past year, and I've always been blown away with how well and secure they package your items which really adds a sense of comfort knowing that they'll always arrive without any chance of damage.

Over all my past couple orders I've only ever experienced one issue of a order not arriving which upon contacting customer support was promptly kindly and professionally handled.

Its the only place that sells to third-world country's with super low prices and reasonably shipping even tho it takes a while there condition is perfect and they have a huge variety of stuff to choose from

I make a pretty big order (12-18 manga volumes) each month and I'm always satisfied.
Great prices and great range of titles. The packaging is absolutely amazing and everything always arrives in great condition. Only the shipping costs are a bit high, but I live in Greece so I guess it's to be expected.

Brilliant customer service from their team. A great company for manga. Great prices on new books and an excellent second-hand section too.

Didn't have any problems, the only thing was that it took a while to come. But that's it really.

Great book offer and customer service, but the package declaration listed the book price without the applied discount and with the shipping price included, making the import taxes astronomically high. There are alternative online book sale websites which online state the actual book/goods cost, which are much more economical to buy from.

I bought a massive haul of manga to finish off some series and the packaging is superb, no damage whatsoever and tightly packed. Shipping is so cheap and the prices are so competitive! This is now my go to for manga in the future
