I ordered material on the 4th November, it's the 16th of November now and I still haven't received anything

Excellent service and customer care. Very efficient and fast order processing. Zoe was very helpful sorting out my order.

Very nice products. Good quality of towel

V quick delivery and nice range of wallpaper and materials. Haven’t put the wall paper up yet, so can’t comment on quality and ease of use.

Mug has uneven glazing with mistakes in the pattern. Not great.

Ordered a glass pot stand. It was well packaged and delivered quickly. Only issue was it was left outside my flat door

Great quality of wallpaper, easy to hang. Very fast delivery.

Bought a lovely fox mug - I have several in the range and buy them as presents too. Delivery was next day, very pleased.

Purchased the Kikkaduwa Spiced Pear wallpaper which looks amazing up - we love it.

However, we bought 4 rolls based on the calculator on the site and have a spare roll even though we have wallpapered an extra wall than intended. Slightly out of the 30 days return period and they have refused a return.

This seems so wasteful as we're not going to use it and no-one will want one roll if we try to sell it locally. In an age where companies should be striving for sustainability and as Scions own policy states that they are striving for Planet Mark certification, this seems like a bad move.

1* for customer service

Even with the quality of the product I would be reluctant to purchase again from Scion due to their inflexibility.

Prompt and helpful customer service about a fabric I wanted but no sample available, which was an outlet item. I was informed of the amount in stock. I ordered 1 metre. Rapid dispatch and delivery. Delighted with the fabric. I have ordered curtains and blind.

Lovely mats for the front and back door, do the job brilliantly and can be washed in the machine - had good use this weekend and not only look great they cover the floor well.

I like the designs and have received samples. Interested in making a purchase, but Customer Services do not respond to my emails, not even with an automated acknowledgement. There is no phone number in the website. Live Chat seems to permanently state NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE (including throughout working hours). Now that I have read the other negative reviews here on Trustpilot I am feeling perhaps its good that I have not placed an order!

Ordered made to measure curtains- on arrival ( after waiting 5 weeks), one curtain is 1cm too short- and I am getting nowhere with customer services ( although they seem very nice). Apparently I now have to repackage curtains, send them back, wait two weeks ( or however long they decide to take) for them to let down a hem on short curtain and presumably alter the hem of the matching curtain ( or it won’t be the same). I have asked for a remake of the short curtain to be sent but apparently this won’t be happening. They clearly don’t have robust quality control systems and you may end up spending a lot of money on poorly fitting items, despite your careful measuring.. I would also caution ordering wave headings- you don’t get a choice of 8cm depth and my headings don’t sit right as the fabric pulls below the heading tape as 6cm waves are too narrow for the fabric weight. Oh and they use UPS for delivery who don’t observe delivery instructions and cannot be tracked properly. Be prepared to wait in all day.
