wrong and rusted product, no refund
I received the product, it had rust, and was not up to specs (5400 kw, but there were 3, 1200 watt motors in it) I send it back, still fighting for a refund. They claim i did it, i had the product only days and even have pics of the rust and the odometer with less then a km on it.
- update, since they are reacting the same way here as they do by mail, by blaming me. I bought a 2500 euro rusted and generally 2nd hand looking scooter, and after at first refusing to give me my money back, we settled for trade to a cheaper version with a 1000 refund. they send the cheaper 1500,- version, and no refund. they now claim i sent the pictures with rust too late.... right.

Secondly, I am very disappointed to see false claims in your review. You did not “send back” the scooter on your own while waiting for a refund. We carried out an exchange, and you received another vehicle as a replacement. Therefore, there is no refund, which is completely normal in this situation.
