Link is a terrible company & service. Watch out and be prepared. 2 riders were racing smashed into my car and sped off. A police report was filed, all the necessary actions taken, but Link has repeatedly declined to respond to emails/claims/calls. Every claim filed with them has been dropped. Every phone call where I manage to get through to somebody, I am lied to and told that somebody will get back to me. This happened a month ago, and still not a peep from Link. Who's going to pay for the damages to my car? This is a service that allows virtually anybody with a phone to operate a scooter and disregard the laws of traffic with no repercussions. They can hop on, screw up somebody else's personal property, and hop off. Without any intervention from Link. Thanks for a miserable experience.

Terrible sign up compared to other scooters also their coverage area is very limited and makes it useless unless you're just going to go in a circle to sightsee near your pick up area

My wife has osteoporosis from a back injury when she was 18. Now she is 70 and the pain makes it very difficult to walk or stand for any length of time. I surfed the Internet for an electric scooter. E-Wheels was my first and last stop. The video's were very helpful in helping both of us decide the model right for us. We chose the EW-M34. We added a power cord for the car and the standard backpack for the seat. WE LOVE THE SCOOTER! EASY TO ASSEMBLE. Took it to the mall for our first test drive. My wife absolutely loves the size (she is a petite 4' 9" tall). Steer column is adjustable as is the seat. Battery comes out so here in Michigan in the winter we keep the scooter in the car but the battery is in the house - dry and warm. My experience with support was just terrific. Andy seemed to bend over backwards to make us feel comfortable with our purchase and kept us up to date on the shipment which only took about a week. Great product. Highly recommend E-Wheels if you need help getting around.

I don't know what I would do without Andy and Scooter Link. I am disabled and my scooter needed parts that I CANNOT get anywhere. Thankfully, Andy went over and above to help me - many times & successfully I might add - to see that I was able to get the parts I needed. Truly excellent in every sense of the word. Rev. When I received my scooter there were a couple of issues. I contacted them and they were resolved extremely quick. Their representatives were very courteous and helpful throughout the repairs. Thank you for all your help.

This is the most friendly and helpful company that I have ever encountered. When I have a problem with my power wheelchair and I call Andy he always finds a solution even if it mean I buy from someone other than him. Andy is pleasure to do business with.

Had to take my wifes scooter to a local dealer about 25 miles away.

On Good Friday, My wife and daughter went to church. They couldn't get the 2 main pieces together. 2 men from the church came over to help and it looked like 2 of the Pins were bent.
I wanted to find somewhere close by that would look at it.
The following week I found a place (Blackburns) in Tarentum, Pa. I took it up for them to look at and order the parts.
They called me when the parts came in and I went up and had to wait on it but the fellow did an excellent job.

Because I didn't buy it from them, it was not quarenteed. Cost me $200.00. Parts & Labor $100.00 Parts and $100.00 Labor which I guess is fair.
If I brake down in my Nissan (Out of Town) I can take it to the closest Nissan dealership to get it fixed.
I thought all the dealers that dealt with these scooters all worked together like Nissan, but I guess I was wrong.

I didn't have any choice. I wanted it fixed right.
I paid it . I'm happy it's fixed.
Haven't had a problem since. Goes together every time.

Thank you to Andy, he is helpful, and knows his product. I would like to see a cart or a chair built tough enough for outdoor use and small enough to fit into small hallways indoors as well as better and softer suspension. I'm glad that they are making my parents' life a little easier. I am hoping they will stand the test of time.
