Super efficient experience

I bought a scooter

I bought a scooter. I have no idea were it is. I've asked for a tracking number, and still have not received one. Communication is down right dreadful. Product have know clue. Credit card is charged. And nothing to show for it. Would not ever recommend this company to anyone. At least for it's service.

maybe not their fault for me not receiving my item but emailed them about 4-5 times only been messaged back once and still no answer or received a refund. will never use again

Scooter was just as good but brake bolt…

Scooter was just as good but brake bolt came out after riding it twice and paid extra to have it assembled. I contacted them to tell them about the bolt and they emailed back within a day and said they would send out a bolt which I am waiting for .was disappointed that bolt came out so quick.

Poor Service

Ordering was easy but taking delivery was difficult to say the least. There was a need for a signature, that was not stated during the ordering process, and being at work no-one was in to do this. There was a condition with the delivery company that the delivery address could not be changed and the depot that the parcel could be collected from was just over 25 miles away. The redelivery could be specified to a particular day but not the time, the window being 8am to 9pm. Hence a day of work was necessary to take the delivery. ScootHQ were contacted but their stance was effectively that this is the agreement we have with the delivery company take it or leave it! They offer an online service that is not fit for purpose!

The order process was very easy

The order process was very easy. I had a few questions afterward which were answered quickly to my satisfaction. As to the wheels themselves, they are a Christmas gift for my grandson and I cannot say how well they work yet!

Ordered a scooter for my son. When I emailed to inquire about the delivery status, I received a quick reply and update. The scooter arrived the next day as they had advised! My son loves his scooter!!
