Dixon installed and explained our new…

Dixon installed and explained our new system perfectly for us. We had the Ghost Immobilser fitted and Scorpian Tracker. Dixon installed at our worksite in no time at all. Now i have peace of mind leaving my Defender parked up.

the price per month is quite expensive

the price per month is quite expensive, so i will not be using the tracker, as the insurance saving is about £5 per year. really not wort bothering

The product is excellent

The product is excellent, reasonably priced, delivered on time, and easy to setup.
However, the fitter was impatient, rude, and seems untrained in customer care. He finished the work earlier whist I was in a meeting having planned around his estimated time. I asked him to give me 10 mins, he threatened to leave if I was not there in 5 mins. When I got to him, he was brash, rushed his explanation of the operations of the system.
I will still use this company, but will need good customer cate

Great service for tracker & immobiliser

Great service fitting tracker and immobiliser, fitted really quickly, Patrick was super friendly and helpful and has set my mind at rest so I no longer worry about my car being stolen. Money well spent!
