Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service, ordered the tracker over a bank holiday weekend, and was fitted within 4 days, fitter did a great job and the service was set up within minutes of receiving an email, highly recommend.

Very helpful member of staff on the end…

Very helpful member of staff on the end of the call. Talked through different S5 trackers. I moved from another company as i was impressed by this helpful person. Fitted in 2 days.
Very efficient fitter arrived within promised timeframe. Received call from same member of staff after a few days to check is all aok. Recommend

Scorpion Tracker and alarm…

We have a Scorpion Tracker and alarm and a pre check before going away showed a fault. Scorpion pulled out all the stops to get this sorted before we left. Absolutely five star service would totally recommend this company. Thanks for great service Keith & Sharon, Warwickshire

Awful

App still doesn’t work
Obnoxious reply from last review asking if I had the latest update - yer mate I do.
Updates and messages and still the software from this company doesn’t work
Never get a scorpion tracker I would think having your car stolen is less annoying than this lot
