Digital banking sucks.

1. Their online banking app requires me to update my iOs. I already at the latest for my iPhone version and I'm not going to get a new iPhone just to do banking. 2. Their online e-Transfer sucks. It will not accept an email address in the optional message line. My church requires it to acknowledge my donations. The iPhone app allows it but now I'm locked out of it. 3) It takes 20 to 30 minutes for an e-Transfer recipient to receive a payment from me. I'll never use it to pay for any purchases if the seller requires payment before I can leave with the goods.

Changes terms and charges you without notice

They charged me for a whole year, for each month when I DID NOT MAKE ANY TRANSACTION within a year, when I've not been using ANY service.
My ~$500, which had been on the account, have turned into ~$300
What is a great bank that reduces your money instead of saving it.
And more interesting, that this such a bank did not send any notification, any email, any message that they will be charging me since day X when my plan is no longer free
Return my money!
