Continuous support and guidance
After being in a car accident due to another’s reckless driving, my insurance company appointed Minster Law to deal with the claim.
Emma Rankin was very thorough at gaining all required information from me, assisting me with understanding the processes, getting relevant medical appointments arranged and then guiding me with advice when it came to the settlement.
I felt I could ask Emma to re explain things If needed or ask any questions that arose during the process.
Over all it was quite a lengthy process however this was due to third party insurers not Minster Law, yet Emma assisted me greatly from beginning to end.
I would definitely recommend Emma and Minster law to friends and family.

Minister law were tasked with helping…
Minister law were tasked with helping me make a claim after a nasty car crash. The result of the car crash left me with several physical and mental issues. The team, in particular Marina, were very helpful and attentive and checked in with me many times during the process. They also listened carefully to my problems and arranged private physiotherapy for me which really helped. The settlement figure was also very acceptable.
