Sold a small amount of gold - no problems whatsoever.
Unfortunately, I did not take a note of the young gentleman in the Edinburgh office who dealt with me, but everything was clearly explained to me and the whole experience was seamless and painless. I would have no hesitation in returning.

Very professional company to deal with
The entire process of selling my gold sovereign to Scottish Bullion was conducted very thoroughly and professionally. From my initial enquiry by email and subsequently my visit to the company and dealings with Craig, the information given to me was very clear and accurate. This was my first visit to Scottish Bullion and while the Scottish Vaults Building is a little bit intimidating the staff most definitely are not.
I was received with courtesy and the selling transaction was carried out very pleasantly and efficiently.
They even gave me the benefit of a higher spot price since my earlier quote that morning
