Very easy to add funds and withdraw funds. You always know how much more you can add to your ISA. The only gripes I have are the changes they made so we can’t compare performance using graphs, and I... See more

This is the worst user experience I have come across in financial services. Awful log on, can’t just add a top up and I have fed back numerous times. I can’t add money to my godson account and tried to call and the phone lines are off!!!! Awful awful awful

I logged in to simply add a one off payment and had to go through an investment choice process AGAIN,Thi was frustrating.

Love the different pots offered, I love the customer service team every time you call them they are so friendly and supportive

Never experienced a site as infuriating and frustrating as this one. You need a username, dob, password AND a memorable word just to enter the account. Sometimes it lets me in and other times it states ‘wrong details’ with all the money they make you’d think they’d sort it out. I class myself as computer savvy so I can’t imagine how others who aren’t as savvy being able to use it with ease.
I will be taking my children’s money and going elsewhere because it’s absolutely ridiculous and wish I could give it zero stars. Abysmal!!!!

Really easy to set up my daughter's trust fund ISA account. Looking forward to watching the money grow so she's set for life in the future.

I will give my review 5 stars and would recommend to anyone.
But and it's a big but why is the Scottish Friendly fund prices so out of date today September find prices are only upto 15th August two weeks out of date. I follow the prices on the app so I can judge how much I invest each month but I have to change my direct debit ten days before the end of the month because the add money to account doesn't work. I have been investing in the fund over 10 years which is a big success but alas from the 12th September they are winding it up !

Almost half a year with them. I used various funds, all labeled "minimal risk," and every single one went into the negative. Meanwhile, the fund itself takes its fees every month. WHAT are you charging for? For investing my money in assets that are losing value?

Not the best customer service, I called to update my bank account to make a withdrawal from my ISA and was asked to send a bank statement to prove my account belongs to me, as I have a brand new bank account I couldn’t do this as no statements had been generated yet, I managed to get a letter from my bank showing all the details Scottish Friendly had asked for but after sending this to them the lady on the phones exact words were “I asked for a bank statement not this, but ok” In a very sarcastic tone, she then proceeded to put me on hold for 10 minutes whilst she spoke to a colleague for advice before coming back and saying she had referred my documents on to be checked. Quite frustrating.

My wife has had to deal with multiple mistakes and plenty of stress in helping her parents with their policy. If you look at your reviews, you'll see that almost all of the 5* reviews relate to setting up accounts etc (they obviously make sure to do a good job in getting people on board). The 1* reviews relate to people who wanted to get the service they paid for.
