Did not receive full amount of oil…

Did not receive full amount of oil ordered. Left me having to pay higher price to make up shortfall.

Delivery one day after latest date promised.

Takes far too long to get through to speak to anybody on the phone. Unnecessary questions asked.

Quick and no hassle experience

Quick and no hassle experience, I get a tank of heating oil now and again, just time it right for prices due to market volatility. Never any hassle, payment options too. Been using for almost 10 years now. And have never let me down. I have also had emergency delivery and they do their utmost best to deliver ASAP. Brilliant customer service.
