Worst experience ever

I visited Scott’s Mayfair on 23 April 2026 and had a very disappointing experience. A staff member named Agnes told me there were no tables available outside, only one under the sun. Shortly after, another customer arrived after me and was given a table outside. When I questioned this, she said he had a reservation, which I found very hard to believe — I saw him arrive after me, heard the conversation, and it did not seem like he had a reservation.

She also told me she would find me a table, but nothing happened after that. As a regular customer, I found this treatment unacceptable. The service felt unfair, unprofessional, and, in my opinion, discriminatory.

Because of this experience, I will not be returning. This is not the level of service expected from a restaurant like this.

Hi everyone,

I’m writing this review for everyone to see so they don’t go through same experience as me at Scott’s restaurant.

Service used to be in this place very good, but now I don’t know what’s going on it’s just really bad now😩

The Manager (Giom) was absolutely useless. He couldn’t fix any problem at all after all why are you Duty Manager The Reception Staff were very rude unprofessional especially the blonde woman on the blue suit she was absolutely unprofessional And Rude I asked her for name so I can make a complaint about her, but she refuse to give me her name I will never never go back in this restaurant again it’s embarrassing place now 😡 and i don’t recommend this place to anyone.
