The blocked my account and took my savings!
They blocked my account after a reward from Odido which was 37 euros. They say I use multiple accounts but that is because we use my laptop for 3 different people with different emails and different bank accounts. Which was no problem according to the fist helpdesk employee. And which was also now problem for the smaller amounts.
They say they cannot unblock my account. Should I contact Odido now to file a complaint about Soupy? I keep on receiving emails and it looks like no-one ever really reads my emails. They just took my money!!!

I have to pay scoupy instead of saving and earning money
It used to be a good cashback site with good food boxes. Recently they started to cooperate with some other company and offered more options to save and earn money.
However now it’s all the time something going wrong: autoreeards (cash back for shopping in popular places) will be disabled if you won’t buy a gift card or make some purchase via scoupy.
I made a purchase via scoupy but nothing happened and I had to write to support and send them a proof. They gave me cash back but later they took it back for unknown reason (I didn’t cancel my purchase or something). Because of that my auto rewards were also disabled and I missed a few transactions. Furthermore now I have a negative balance (I didn’t cash out my earnings). From the list of my transactions it’s unclear what is happening and how did I get the negative balance (you are supposed to save and earn but so far I have to pay scoupy now) but I am seriously thinking of closing my account because they charged me already once a few months ago.

Dear Lina, thank you for your review. We never take money back from your cashback sock without reason. It is possible that you received cashback before the merchant has reviewed it. If the merchant rejects the cashback, we unfortunately have to reclaim the money and then you may temporarily have a negative balance. If you continue saving, your balance will automatically become positive again.
