Don't trust them on VIN check.
I saw a Mini Display upgrade selling at £599.99; the website provided no information on the compatible Mini models. They only asked for the vehicle's VIN, which they said they would use to verify if the product was compatible with the vehicle. I provided the VIN while making the purchase, and it was approved on the second day, so I thought they must be compatible. However, the item arrived much larger than the old one, which was incompatible. So I went back to them and asked about what happened to the VIN check, and they did not say much other than asking me to return the item, but they're going to charge me the packaging fee of £25. I put the item straight back after I thought it would not fit and didn't even take it out of the plastic bag. They would charge me £25 to replace the paper tape on the cardboard box. so it turns out I paid £30 for them to ship the item, £15 to return the item, and £25 for them to repackage it, which adds up to £70 loss and got nothing back. They took no responsibility, despite that I provided the vehicle information for them to verify the compatibility.

BMW M4 interior carbon fiber trim
I ordered carbon fiber interior trims for a BMW M4. One of the pieces was warped. I reached out included photos and ask for advice, the response after trying twice was if I had tried to install the part. Not sure how to install a warped piece, nor am I interested in trying.
Not happy with the service and product.

Alcantara Cover is a great buy!!
Bought the Alcantara steering wheel cover for my mini and couldn’t be happier. Great quality, quick shipping, very pleased. Installation is far from easy but nothing a few hours and some patience can’t solve.
