Always a great shopping experience

Always a great shopping experience. I've ordered from scrapbook.com multiple times with no issues whatsoever. Their products are amazing and their international shipping costs are very reasonable compared to other crafting companies.

I have been waiting for my order

I have been waiting for my order. Was suppose to be here January 31st. Today is thev4th. Did say running late but still have not gotten it. When you don't have free shipping and are paying almost $12.00 you don't expect not to have it. Needed for making a BD card for my sister who's BD is the 18th. Guess it has gotten loss and you can't talk with anyone in Customer service.
