I wonder if it is possible to inquire about the winning odds, as I have participated eight times without any success. Furthermore, I have not received a complimentary card despite offers for such.

I have just started playing and have won a couple of times, one being my first scratchee which of course had me hooked. The withdrawal was very easy and fast which is greatly appreciated. The only hiccup I have had is the second card you’re supposed to get if you lose on the first one I haven’t received except one time and maybe I am not understanding? Also in my box that holds my scratchees it says that I have one but says the code has been used so do I have a scratchee or not?

Love it but hate it!
Trust me, I am not the kind of person to leave a review at all. However, I have encountered many mistakes with the company. I do still purchase tickets though because I love it, but I am still owed two tickets that I never received. I’ve reached out several times Directly to try to talk to Damon because he’s helped me before fix it in the past. I get in contact a lot with a gentleman name Larry he has denied me more than a couple times pretty much accusing me of lying and has gone as far as showed me my bank account and that I haven’t purchased tickets since February when I go in my bank account and I purchase tickets last week so I don’t know where he’s getting his information from. Long story short I no longer wanna talk to Larry. I wanna talk to somebody else. I’m still owed two tickets which is I think insane and I am very close to never putting my money on the website again so to you people out there just so you know don’t talk to Larry. He reaches out a lot. He doesn’t help and when you request somebody else to talk to you, it took me about two weeks before somebody else reached me, but I’ll probably still buy tickets because I love it and it is convenient and the bonuses are nice.

And it took over 24 hrs to get a response back . But over all I’d still play. Just wish the cash out was instant like it says but to wait 24 hours and it was in my PayPal account. Thanks
