Really happy with screen 4

Really happy with screen 4, able to get in touch straight away on two occasions with some questions I had, no messing about waiting or being on hold for ages. My Antigen tests were sent promptly and although I had a little problem with the download of photos, when I called them it was soon sorted out by a very helpful member of staff there called Mark. Thank you again Mark much appreciated for your great customer service. Will happy use again and recommend.

We didn’t need our tests to enter…

We didn’t need our tests to enter Portugal so requested a refund. I had a web chat again with Jamie McGrath and he’s the most polite professional I have dealt with in a long time. He sorted my query! Sent me the refund form and even sent an email to confirm all was sorted. I cannot say I have received Customer service like this in the past with any other firm. Do not hesitate to use this company. 5 star
