Second time using ScreenMoove

This is second time I used Screen Moove, I have bought double sided 55 inch display. The first order was a bit delayed I don't blame it might be happen - but customer service over the phone was excellent. Second order arrived on time.

Avoid this Company

Purchased a monitor, no stand included and no UK plug. They told me that I would have to buy my own. Ridiculous. Never bought a monitor without a stand included. Also they supplied the monitor with an EU plug which is illegal in the UK. Have been promised call backs and no has returned my call. Avoid this company.

Please note the product you purchased is a 49-inch digital signage display, not a standard PC monitor. This category does not include a stand, whether bought from us or any other supplier. These units are classed as commercial signage screens and are designed to be wall-mounted or used with a compatible floor/ceiling stand.
If you require a stand, we can offer you the most cost-effective option with next-day delivery free of charge — just let us know your preference.

Regarding the cable, I can confirm that, this is our responsibility and it appears there was a manufacturer packing error. As soon as you contacted us, we actioned it on the same day and the cable was shipped immediately for next working day delivery.

We originally planned to purchase a…

We originally planned to purchase a cheap TV for our showrooms. After speaking with screen Moove, we ended up investing in floorstanding displays across multiple retail sites and showrooms. The brightness level is outstanding and performs far above typical consumer screens. I recommend contacting them before purchasing. They understand requirements, give proper guidance, and even help you save money with the right solution.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Edmund, did not help at all and is making excuses as to why I can not receive my order in time. He emailed this morning to say the items were too large for our delivery address however this is untrue because it is a warehouse with over 200 sq feet of space. I then spoke with Edmund again who said the issue is because of my address however this is different to the first excuse he gave.

Unfortunately, they have caused our business immense in convenience.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I have personally reviewed the full order and communication history. The delivery address entered at checkout did not meet the courier’s requirements. Our customer service team tried to clarify this and advised that, without the correct address by 3pm, dispatch for the following day would not be possible.

I completely understand your frustration. From your side, the warehouse size was not an issue - however, the courier requires full verified delivery details in a specific format before they can release the shipment. Without this, the courier system automatically places the order on hold.

There was clearly a misunderstanding in the conversation, and I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. Our team has already contacted your colleague to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

Please feel free to call us on 0208 1919 2223 when convenient, and we will finalise the delivery information immediately and move forward without delay.
