Still No Support – 5 Months Later
This is an update to previous negative review which i thought couldn't get worse from their side as a complete mess up from ScreenMoove. It’s now been over 5 months since the installation, and I am still yet to receive any proper support or even a basic demo of how to use the system — despite paying extra for this service.
Since payment and installation, my emails have been ignored, and I’ve had no follow-up whatsoever. The screen may be installed, but I have no training, no guidance, and no support, which is exactly what I was promised and paid for.
I would strongly advise other customers not to pay for Screenmoove’s support service, as in my experience, it simply doesn’t exist once they’ve taken your payment.
This has been an incredibly disappointing and unprofessional experience from start to finish, and unfortunately, it’s ongoing. I expect immediate contact and resolution — but based on their track record, I’m not holding my breath.

Worst experience ever!!
We bought a 55" display from them in Jan / Feb this year. From day one this had some or the other issue either with orientation or software and missing remote etc.
The customer service number is just a joke. You can never get through to anyone at any time of the day. After several attempts we used to fix one issue at a time. Finally when most issues were fixed the videos became blurry and the screen turned white. Again after several attempts got through to someone in customer service who tried to help but ultimately said that the screen was faulty. The horror came soon after!
After sending pics of the screen to them they came back saying that the screen was subject to physical damage hence this issue. The screen has always been against the glass window where a physical damage is unlikely or impossible. Now these jokers want me to pay £400 odd to get this fixed. I would rather dump it in the bin than pay a penny more to them.
Poor quality products topped with worst customer service is what Screen Moove is all about.
Better look for reliable suppliers even if they cost a bit more!!
FYI
Everytime the screen was taken off the mount was to fix an issue with it and on your technicians recommendation. We have call records to prove otherwise that calls to your customer service were made at different times of the day followed by emails stating your lines are never answered.

We experienced a display software issue that lasted several days, and while the initial response from Screen Moove support was slower than expected — despite multiple emails and calls — we appreciate that the team eventually managed to resolve the problem.
Though the delay was frustrating at first, we're glad the issue was finally addressed. We hope to see improved response times in the future, as prompt support is key for businesses relying on digital displays.

Support Made It Right After a Bumpy Start
REVIEW UPDATE: 25/07/2025
Following my initial experience (below), I was contacted by a member of the customer support team who took the time to investigate the issue and acknowledge the earlier miscommunication. I appreciate that they listened to my concerns and offered a constructive solution.
While I’ve committed to another system for the next several months, they’ve kindly agreed to defer the offer until next year, which shows a genuine willingness to make things right. I’m encouraged by their response and the steps taken to ensure similar issues don’t happen again. I look forward to trialing their system in the future and hope the improved service continues.
INITIAL REVIEW:
I called and spoke with a representative who assured me that I could run the display in portrait mode using an Amazon Fire Stick via the HDMI input to run a webpage. However, the settings on the device clearly state that portrait mode is not supported for HDMI sources.
While I’ve managed to find a workaround using the novisign CMS platform, this comes with additional ongoing costs that I had hoped to avoid just to display a webpage showing train info to customers.
I would consider returning the product, but with our new venue opening this month, I no longer have the flexibility to make changes.
Overall, I’m very disappointed with the service — especially given that delivery was also delayed.

We have ordered digital menu boards for our coffee shops from screenmoove. All delivered on time and configured remotely, Erico was perfect and patience customer support he helped us about 2.3 hr on the phone for screen configuration. Top quality of service.
Terrible Return Policy
We bought a monitor stand which turned up and didn't fit what we were looking for. I requested to send it back with all the original packaging apart from the main box as that had been recycled already. They are refusing to accept the return.
I wouldn't order from this business as theres no flexibility. I was going to re order something else to replace this item but no chance now.
