Fast delivery, good product

Absolutely brilliant place. Brought a press off them a couple of months ago - but was struggling with a couple of things (off contact and registration). They offered loads of help (including emailing through photo's to show me how to deal with the issue). Sadly I just couldn't get it sorted, so they offered a full refund and I brought an alternative press. Lovely people, amazing service and top quality gear. Don't hesitate to get your screen printing stuff from these guys.

Pros

Great products never have issues
Good but not perfect customer service - Great, very knowledgable, however not perfect, if stuff is missing you'll not know until it arrives, if you have a problem they can talk you through on the phone perfect, if however you email them who knows if or when you'll get a reply.
If however you do have an issue, once they realise ( you either ask Dave Roper or continue to complain ) they are brilliant and will sort it out ASAP if they can do so.
Spot on brand of ink for flash white / low bleed white is unrivalled value for money, as is the black.
Their amex inks are amazing and competitive.
Their cleaning range is good, and the Franmar cleaning stuff amazing without being toxic.

Cons
Website lists everything in stock even when it isn't and you only find out when it arrives with a note saying not in stock
They don't tell you when your missing items will arrive until you chase it and then a great staff member in their warehouse will phone you can let you know - which is good but really they should have ETA on the site or email when you've ordered stating stuff will be late
Their sales staff are hit and miss, either brilliant or useless. My personal experience was they shipped screens at the wrong mesh count even though I had specified clearly what I wanted, and if stuff is missing they don't even reply to your message they just get warehouse team to contact. a message would be nice.
1 in particular product will kill you. Frankly this shouldn't be sold with massive warnings on the product page and when it arrives. a note stating needs masks and PPE with good ventilation isn't enough. The stinky screen wash is what I speak of. Even wearing a filtered mask I got sore heads and nose bleeds as it slowly killed me, the stuff is poison. Avoid at all costs.

But honestly, they are probably the best supplier currently in the UK. Everyone has issues, at least they're good at sorting them - when they reply!
