The recorded video can have a high bitrate depending on the chosen quality setting, with bitrates up to 10 megabits per second. Please note that the edge node for a specific region will cache the content, so the first viewer in that area may experience some delay or buffering. To improve the viewing experience, we are planning to release a video-on-demand transcoding feature that will offer multiple renditions of the same video recording. This will help reduce buffering by allowing the player to switch between different quality levels based on the viewer's connection. However, please be aware that this will be offered as a premium service.

Hi there,
This usually happens when the app's Instant Share Link feature is toggled ON in its settings (cogwheel) and it uploads multiple records simultaneously. To stop it, simply head to settings > Instant share link > toggle Off and restart the app. The notification pop-ups will then stop.
If it's happening again and showing only a specific recording (look at the name shown/timestamp), find it in the app gallery and delete it (bin) to stop the pop-up showing up. You can preview the record (eye) and save a copy into a folder of your choice (down-arrow) before deleting it.

Hi Marie,
You will have been on the free Trial until the 23rd (for 30 days), but you bought the Pro plan on the same day as you registered your account (24th of Jan). Buying a plan activates the same immediately. There's no payment card requirement for the Trial. You specifically clicked the button to *Buy* a plan and completed the checkout.
You can use the app on a free account as well, and switch to it, when you log in via https://member.screenrec.com/panel where you can also cancel your subscription in Settings > My Subscriptions

I like the screen rec becuse it is helping me while I am studying and i am recording my courses i mentioned that to my other friends as well becuse it is free and HD but one issue that i have that whille recording it dosnt have pause option and whem i dont want to record some parts I have to stop recording and then start recording again.
