After watching various YouTube videos I took the plunge. I am so glad I did and Screens.UK supplied the perfect product safe and sound.

A liquid spill ruined the screen on my expensive laptop. I searched and found a replacement screen and ordered it from Screens UK. The model definition was very accurate from Screen UK and the price was good. Delivery proved to be well packed and swift. The screen came with a set of tools for fixing and some double sided tape as advised by the company. Overall it proved a simple task and a full recovery.

I ordered and paid for a screen, including fast delivery, more than a week ago. It hasn't turned up. It's taken three attempts to get a response from the company, who have then said they want me to wait while they investigate with the courier, with no indication of how long that'll take etc. In other words, they have passed on to me their problem with their delivery service. That's plain wrong and rubbish customer service.

Chased again today. They haven't yet followed up with the courier but plan to do so.... sooner or later. They agree that it shouldn't be my problem that they haven't delivered, but nevertheless I still have to wait for them to get around to doing something about it (so it IS my problem). I've asked to cancel and have a refund. They have to get permission from a manager and there were none around at midday. Let me say that again... the organisation didn't have any management around during core business hours. Odd thing is that everyone on the helpdesk has a first name beginning with J. I'm not sure I believe you Jay, Jim, Joseph, I have a sneaky feeling that you ARE the manager. And if you say you're going to give updates via the ticket (or by email or text) it would be polite to do so. Meanwhile, I look forward to receiving my refund.

Got the exact same match replacement screen, super fast delivery, ordered late PM arrived next day.

Website was easy to use, the screen was shipped promptly and arrived within two days. Unfortunately the first screen was damaged on arrival which I suspect was the fault of the courier.

I contacted customer services who asked for some photographs and then got a second one sent out to me the very next day, this one worked brilliantly. The screen came with all the tools needed to install it which was a nice bonus, will use them again.
