Have used Laptop Screens UK several times when I've had to replace laptop components or screens
Website very easy to use and find the right part/screen, always delivered promptly and packaged perfectly.
If ever unsure, the website has very useful videos and guidance which is fantastic.

Only reason 4 star paid for next day but took 4. Screen is better picture than dell's original.

Online support was very good. The website was easy to navigate to the screen I needed. Postage wasn't that quick, but packaging was excellent. The replacement screen fitted and worked perfectly, with no issues. Price was reasonable. Overall I would highly recommend Screens UK.

Sent a faulty screen took ages to reply to request to replace the screen, waited yet again and finally asked for a refund and sent minus the postage of which on my request for a full repayment due to faulty goods, this was ignored so I could post a minus star but would never recommend or use again.

I was happy with process and would have given a higher score but for two things:
- finding the screen I needed was not as easy as i would have hoped but once found the ordering and delivery process was as good as any.
- as a consumer I found it daunting selecting the a pack of tools to help with replacing the screen; in this day surely it is possible to tell the customer what the correct tools are rather than this is what other people bought giving you a number of options. if you tell them the correct tools and they decide to buy or nit or something else that is their decision.

The screen was easy to order arrived promptly and very well packaged for its protection. My son fitted it to the laptop following a you tube video and it works beautifully. Saved a lot of money over taking it to a repair shop.

I was able to find the exact correct screen for my laptop through the website. The price was very competitive, the dispatch was very fast, and the screen was very well protected in the packaging. Whilst I'm not intending to make a habit of breaking my screens, if I do end up in the same position, I'll definitely be back!

Placed the order for a mat finish screen (out of hours).

The next working day, I got an email with a service ticket attached. Opened it up and I was disappointed that my screen was no longer available.

I was given two options, cancel or change the order to gloss.

I accepted the switch to gloss, all was confirmed and today the order arrived. An hour later I had fitted the replacement screen and all is well with my daughter's laptop once again. Sure the gloss allows more reflection, but is works very well with no issues.
