I’m unfortunately posting another update as this matter remains unresolved.
A refund was promised in November. Since then, I’ve been repeatedly told the refund had been processed, that I should have already received it, or that it was being followed up again with the bank. Despite this, the funds are still not in my account.
I have made every effort over several months to resolve this privately and civilly, allowing additional time and multiple opportunities for it to be corrected. That has not resulted in the refund being returned.
As the refund is still outstanding, I am now escalating this through appropriate consumer and dispute resolution channels, as well as continuing to raise the issue publicly until it is resolved.
I am simply asking for the refund that is owed. Once the funds are received, I will update or remove this post accordingly
