We have had ongoing issues with device connectivity.

Because we manage multiple locations and multiple devices per location, it is very challenging to manage content. The devices seem to disconnect frequently from the internet which means they stay in a cached loop.

Because of the nature of our business, this is no good.

ScreenScape has been used in approximately 15 school locations in Wolf Creek Public School for the past several years. It is a solid communication tool that our students, their parents, and our staff utilize to create awareness within their school communities. The interface is easy to use, quick and intuitive and is well received by our school communities. The support from Screenscape for educational organizations has been phenomenal by both sales and technical support.

Assisted with getting our Screenscape back on line. The unit was out for repair and would not connect to wifi upon return. David walked me through many different ways to get it up and running. Finally it worked. Thanks for all your help.

As a group account holder, the ability to manage multiple devices from a single account ensures it is easy to send the same message to multiple places at once. Having said this, it is still just as easy to customize each individual devices playlist, and ensure the content being shared is appropriate to each specific device location. ScreenScape has created a product that allows for any organization, no matter the size, to have a 21 century look and feel worth well above the cost you actually pay.

Whenever I had a question or need help configuring my ScreenScape account, Mark provided immediate assistance. If he doesn't know the answer or doesn't have a solution, he will find someone who knows and will have them contact me right away. When I worked with Dave from support, he provided a solution for me in less than 10 minutes, step-by-step. They're very professional and have amazing customer service. I'd highly recommend ScreenScape as a vendor to anyone looking for Digital Signage needs. Thanks again!

I researched Screenscape for the credit union I work for for several months before we took the leap. The only regret is that we did not make the move sooner. We have more control over the content we are creating, where we are creating it from, and how quickly we can make it active. I was home sick and needed to update the screens at 5 different locations. I pulled out my laptop, made a few keystrokes, and the changes were live all within a matter of minutes. Our old system would have taken several phone calls involving multiple departments and hours of work. NOT something you want to do when you are under the weather.
