I have been requested to leave a review for a company who have failed to deliver. It's now 2 weeks since I placed my order and I've still not received my delivery. It's been with Chronopost for most of this time and has not moved from their depot in a week. Screw Express need to change their courier!!!!

Not shipped yet! 11 days after purchase - request for information not replied to, but a request for trustpilot review did come through?
I can only review the service, there has been none and I don't have the goods purchased to rate!
My customer is getting really anxious so I can only advise don't buy here!

Update!
Now informed carrier has lost the package and replacements are en-route

The particular stainless torx wood screws I need for canoe building don't seem to be available anywhere else. Delighted I have found Screw Express

In website it says that shipping is from 3 to 5 days, I ordered the product on June 20, today is July 12, still didn't receive it.

Screws turned up all OK

Order process was nice and simple and there is a good range of stock, however, ordered 200 stainless steel fixings and they arrived well packaged but there was only 149 fixings in the box.
Given 2 stars because ultimately I still don’t have what I need.

So many fake brass screws out there, needed a trustworthy business and I found it.

Super quick, great value, for quality and looks great

From the start, the purchasing process was smooth. The on-line ordering system was easy to use. The products were clearly identified, avoiding any incorrect ordering. Delivery was made within a week, even though the company are on mainland Europe. The product exceeded my expectations regarding quality.
Should I need a similar product in the future Screw-express will be my first choice.

Don't bother ordering from Screw Express! their service is the worst I have ever encountered. Not delivered and not refunded - even though they state that the refund is in progress. Order placed on 01/05/24 and still no delivery or refund a month later.

Awful. Goods never arrived and no response on email from them.
