Some of the soft close hardware was crappy. Badly threaded wedges for the soft closers, didn’t need the VHB tape only after installing for the type of door. some of the small nuts were unthreaded, and also too small for the nylon socket in the device.

Instructions not very good, should be in one language and specific to the exact order, not jump about depending on door/closer types. Probably easier to do next time with experience. Also needed to go onto the real website for the manufacturer to get proper instructions, and no helpline at weekend.

The Wardrobe fixtures were excellent. Good quality product with really good instructions. The experience was, however, spoilt by a terrible delivery service
with very surly and uninterested delivery staff, who had no idea what they were doing and who simple didn't care. What a pity!

Good wardrobes but needed a workman to fit as still have to cut runners ECT as thought when give size were made to measure

Delivered on time. Couriers brilliant,willingly carried units upstairs.
Assembly straightforward. End result very pleasing.

Ordered wardrobes and trims on the 29th May. 10% extra discount failed. Received confirmation it would be delivered on the 17th June took the day off work to be home for the delivery. Informed the day before the 17th they would be delivered on the 18th June. Got someone to be here for the delivery. Went to put them up over the weekend to find out the trims had not been delivered. Now been informed they will delivered on the 1st July. So have to manoeuvre around the doors until then received no explanation as to why the trims were not delivered with the doors.

Mainly my fault, probably need to make ordering more idiot proof. I ordered sliding doors, but also ordered trim kit, even though I wasn’t t sure if I would need it. But when ordering the trim kit I’m guessing the dims the doors are made to are reduced to accommodate.

Pleased with how easy it was to order made to measure doors. They arrived timely too. One of our doors had a crack on the mirror but I got a quick response from the team and a new replacement was sent out within a week with the old one taken away. 2 person job to install and we're not very DIY people but managed fine even if it just took us a bit longer. Look great now they are all up. I think it was good value for money.

Well packaged all arrived in good condition. Helpful delivery driver who also advised me about storing and handling the mirror doors. A job that any reasonably competent diy enthusiast will enjoy and complete easily to enhance any room. Quality looks and feels good.
The only negative was I was told I could only have a Friday delivery to my postcode which meant I had to arrange time off work instead of just arranging delivery for my next day off.
Consider an option of screw caps colour matched to the liners to hide the screw heads which would really enhance the final finish.

The overall product was good value for money although it did come with a small mark on the bottom of 1 of the panels. Would be better value if option to collect from screwfix was there as £54 for delivery is rather steep!

The product is as expected and we are very pleased with it.
The experience was let down by the delivery driver who forced our 70 year old gardener, whom he met in our single track lane, to reverse 400m back down the lane rather than him reverse just 20m back to the junction. I have a van and know that it was easily doable.

Though a keen DIYer I’ve never built a fitted wardrobe so was a bit daunted by it all and decided to go for a complete kit (hoping for good instructions) rather than choosing all the parts myself. What arrived wasn’t as helpful as I’d expected. There were no instructions with the kit (except to fit the doors), but there are some generic instructions for fitting liners and end panels on the website. These say there are no screws supplied although there were some screws in the kit which I used to fix the bottom runner to the liner and the top panel to the ceiling joists (I wish there was more advice on fixing the top runner - all the instructions tell you is to use suitable fixings and I wasn’t sure if screwing into the plaster would be stable enough). I had to use one end panel and a liner over the carpet and another against the wall (all of these I had to cut to size). Hacking out a piece of skirting without the correct type of saw was fun! My space was fairly level so no spacers needed but beware that you’d need to buy those extra if required. The corner fixings for the end panel were not included either which I wasn’t impressed with (and 2 week wait if you order online so I used something similar from B&Q). The delivery had been set for Thursday, then I received a message saying it had been changed to Tuesday and then on Tuesday i got a call saying the delivery van had broken down so I got my delivery Thursday after all. Not a problem for me but could be if you have to take the day off work. The end panel arrived chipped along one edge and though I was told about this and decided not to wait for another, when I took the corner protectors off I found a corner was chipped too leaving me with no option but to have that visible on the outside (otherwise the other chips would have been visible on the outside). I could have sent it back at that point but there’s a charge for that so I’ll live with the chip but not thrilled about it. Overall verdict: would use again but not if elsewhere was cheaper.

Great Product for the fraction of the Price a Wardrobe Company would charge for fitted wardrobes. Delivered on time and well packaged.
Straight forward to fit.

Ordered a wardrobe kit for self installation but didn’t receive complete kit - mirror doors were missing! No word or warning from Screwfix explaining why the mirror doors weren’t delivered with the rest of the kit - very poor!

Only after I emailed Screwfix regarding said absent doors did I receive anything approaching an explanation. At this time we await dispatch of the doors. Fingers crossed second time lucky!
