Sarah Scribbles merchandise website - Beware

Sarah Scribbles merchandise website.

For anyone in the UK (or generally outside of the US from my understanding) you need to know that when buying merchandise from scribblesshop.com you will be forced to pay customs tax + handling fees YOURSELF. This is on top of delivery costs. These fees cost me half the price of the product - I would have happily paid upfront the £4 customs fees to avoid the additional £8 handling fees guys !!

Unfortunately this is NEVER mentionned throughout the whole purchase journey. Luckily for the company they do protect themselves legally by mentionning they're not liable for customs costs in their FAQ section, but this is nowhere evident during the purchasing journey which I personally find morally wrong.

Also, I sent them 2 emails to clarify the situation and never got a response which I find a bit rude.

This website has poorly managed my expectations. The site still gets 2 stars since the print came quite quickly and I'm happy with the end product.
