After Scribe answered (promptly) what I'm sure were many inane questions from me, I purchased a set of alloy Race Disk wheels. The entire experience was smooth and shipping to my home in the US was quick. After pairing the wheels with a set of GP5000s TR, all I can say is, Best Bike. Upgrade. Ever. Every time I set out for a ride, I'm smiling.

I have had my Scribe Inception 50 wheels for 4 months now and still loving them. They look and sound amazing and feel loads better than the alloy wheels I had before.
The guys at Scribe have also been very helpful answering any questions I had after buying the wheels.

Core 50/60s. These are amazing. Light years ahead of the others. Light, aero, and awesome! Meticulous attention to detail. Nicest wheelset I ever owned. Highly suggest buying them if you’re looking for new hoops. Love Scribe!

A great wheelset at a great price

Can’t praise Scribe highly enough for their wheels but also the order and customer service they provide. I had a couple of queries after placing the order and the customer service was great at responding quickly and super friendly. The wheels themselves came with the tyres and sealant already installed (I had ordered tyres with the wheels) and even the tyre logos were lined up with the valves. Superb attention to detail there! The acceleration up to speed and then maintaining speed on the Elan SL is so good and they climb well too. To top it off the 50/60 setup that I got really looks awesome! Would recommend anyone looking for high performing wheels to give Scribe a look.

Great service and quality for a super affordable price on starter option of carbon wheelset

On the day after Storm Floris I unthinkingly reached for my bike with the deepest rims (Scribe Core SL+50mm) as I went out for a ride in the still-very-windy Scottish hills. As I approached the first gap in a hedge while descending quickly, my buttocks clenched in anticipation of the massive gust that would in the next second, I thought, undoubtedly send me off-course and possibly into the opposite hedge.

A second later. . .holding my breath. . .nothing.

Sure enough, the gust hit me hard. But with no negative effect on my steering. For the remainder of the ride I marvelled at the way the bike behaved in the gusty conditions. My old-school narrow V-shape 50mm rims are scary in strong crosswinds. These Scribe rims behave, genuinely, like shallow rims in windy conditions.

I always assumed the magazine/website hype about crosswind stability of modern deep rims was BS or pandering to advertisers, but this is actually real. I was honestly amazed.

Add great quality, super light weight, great customer service and a low price, it's a no brainer brand decision.

The icing on the cake is that they choose to use the gold-standard spoke, CX-Ray. 5 stars.

As many reviewers have said, it feels light, lively, and rolls exceptionally well. The cruising performance is also excellent. While many people mentioned that the freehub is loud, I found it to be very quiet—similar to the Roval wheels I used before. I highly recommend the Scribe wheels.

Excellent wheels, they run really true and are a huge improvement and upgrade over my Tune TSR35s.
