only great for the first week, after that a tons of issues nothing work. terrible customer service very unhelpful

Trash servers with trash customer service and a trash owner. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. You won't get a refund. And you definitely won't get working servers either, let alone a panel that will allow you to do anything.

Worst support I have ever recieved, I had an issue with their MC servers and it's been over 2 weeks and they still haven't responded.

This guys are awsome.They helped me about rdp and explained me to everything.

Ticket create on October 28th
and now November 12th the issue still don't get a solution

they simply care about their customer too less
This really make me change my 5-star review to 1-star

Very nice hosting service my husband bought a VPS from Scripted Host, like a week ago and since then we've been using it together as a married IT couple.

Pros:
- Good RDPs, we've got a 16 core 48 gb ram machine and it's fluent.
- No RDP connection losses, could get a RDP in multiple regions.
- Insane Support quality, customer service responded pretty quickly.
- Acceptable Price, for the quality.

Cons:
Hardly any, didn't have any issues so far would definetly recommend this cheap but high quality service to my friends and family.

The Owner was very helpful and nice, helped me download mods by doing it for me! I would definitely recommend this host

Always happy with what I purchase. Delivery is super fast as well. Never a problem.

Don't listen to anything they tell you..
If they say you can do something without issues.. I promise there will be a issue..
Issues 10minutes starting up server.. They try to say its my fault but working perfectly fine on 2 other servers i purchased after.

After searching for a month for the perfect host who can run my Discord Bots while also allowing me to have full access to them, I have found the perfect one. Scripted Hosting has great support and service. Since this is a start-up, you can always expect an issue, but it does get resolved rather quickly, much faster than most Start-Ups I've been involved with in the past. The future looks bright, and I'm happy to be a customer!

I am a current client for them of Minecraft hosting, I am paying for a 5 gigabyte premium server located in the US, and it is amazing, while not lagging at all, depending on how many plugins I usually try to run around 80, but the server can handle 80+ plugins with 15 players online.

Great hosting currently on there biggest plan waiting to there Dedicated servers to come out and can’t wait for the future it’s very bright good work. They’ve helped me set up my site once but then I wanted a different source and there helping again can’t complain with that

ScriptedHost is by far the best hosting company. The owner is very friendly. I get 24/7 support just as promised and the Staff Is Incredibly friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better hosting company. Their prices are by far the best I've seen and if I could I'd buy all their products. I do not have anything negative to say. If you're looking for hosting this company is the way to go.
