They have false adverting on their website, its not free and the "free" version is not usable. They have Script.me light pro version which is advertised as free but when you try use it, they want $35 per month. I asked them about this and they claim the download is free but its a paid subscription. There is nothing unlimited or free about this

Scriptme is a good transcription program, simple to use and customer service is very accommodating. I would happily recommend it.

Fairly good transcription in Danish. Very user friendly when uploading files and reviewing the transcription.

The sites is really easy to use and fast. And the transscription is very close to native language.
It´s a bit pricy, but for now we will keep using it.

This software delivers remarkably. It's the best transcript tool I've used in my life and I've already tried almost 20 different tools but Scriptme works better than most of them.

Works well with english language. Really helpful and nice staff!

The AI-tool works well (roughly 90% correct) and the tool for listening and correcting the transscript is ok. This tool although could be refined so it would be easier to switch between scriptme and e.g. word.

We are using the tool for research purpose.

I tested several services before deciding to use scriptme. I found them to be the most accurate in transcribing and the interface for review and editing was super easy to navigate. Highly recommend them if you need to transcribe.

Very nice tool that should be known for all students that don't want to spend their days off transcribing and transcribing, when they can just let the computer do it for you. It saves so much time and you can escape the tedious work and waste of time and let ScriptMe do it for you.

As a person who have had to transcribe A LOT by hand, and also a lot trying other programs I have come to the conclusion that this is the best software on the market.

Transcribed my Spanish interviews to almost 100% accuracy, I was really really impressed. I had some problems logging into the server, but the customer support team were so wonderful that they solved the issues in a matter of hours. Really really great support, I was super impressed. Highly recommend!

I have used ScriptME.io for nearly a year now. Having clients starting to live up to "Tillgänglighetsanpassning" to add closed captions to videos, the service works surprisingly well even for Swedish dialects such as skånska. Transcripts naturally work well with English which is expected.

Nothing is perfect, but it's close. I find the service pretty accurate and for my work, it's probably over 95% correct. Maybe even better. That is pretty good. The user interface is as expected reasonably intuitive and some things have actually been improved during the time I have used the service.

I find the service to be cost-efficient even for longer client assignments. I have used other more expensive solutions such as the video delivery platform "Kaltura" and find ScriptMe.io equally good, if not better.

Easy to use and with good quality, both in English and in Swedish. It's rare to be able to transcript Swedish Videos too.
