Buyer Beware!! Order never received! No refund or replacement given.
I placed an order with scripts of Nature on 24th of July 2024 for £56.97.
I never received this order!!! Nor did they refund me or send me the order!! :(
I initially contacted them on the 29th Aug about the missing order (allowing 1 month for delivery.)
They told me they would investigate it & get back to me. They never did!
I contacted them again a few weeks later to see if they investigated it & they told me they did & they can't do anything now as it’s after 50 days and are not willing to offer a replacement or refund, but a discount if I wanted to order the stuff again.
When I enquired if they actually did investigate it & asked if they could send copies of proof of postage, or copies of emails to show any investigations were carried out to find my missing order they never responded.
I am down £58 & no product.
This was my first & last time to use this company. Buyer Beware!!!
Also if buying from Ireland; this company still charges you UK Vat which they shouldn’t do, so you are expected to pay the uk tax & then the extra customs tax & duty when it arrives in Ireland.
There are plenty of other British health shops I order from that don’t charge the uk vat, so you are better to spend your money elsewhere!!
