Our experience with Chris & Rob at Secret messages, was second to none, they are helpful, professional and very patient, we also had mum's chair reupholstered and they treated us with care, even suggesting and making cushions from the old material so we had a keepsake in mum's memory. I am a local company just starting out and whilst setting up my training room, I looked to purchase some chairs from secret messages.

In the meantime, I had a last minute training booking - but no chairs! I called Rob & Chris and they very kindly loaned me 6 chairs for 3 weeks whilst my ordered ones were being made.

Just really friendly, kind, personal service.

Awful experience, AVOID!

Ordered garden furniture having spoken to someone at Secret Messages who reassured goods would be delivered within 2-3 weeks as indicated on website. 4 weeks later no furniture and no updates. Chased up and eventually had email back advising goods would be arriving three days later and that a tracking number would be issued. No further update so had to chase again, was advised there had been a delay and delivery would be three days later. Three days later received email advising goods had been damaged in transit (now 5 weeks since order placed and payment made), advised a refund would be issued as no replacement stock available. 15 days later still waiting for refund despite being advised it could take 5-10 days. Lack of proactive communication throughout, appalling service and now having to recover significant payment through credit card provider.

Placed an order Friday, chased up Weds only to be told out of stock so have your money back. Very poor

Dropped in to the showroom today for further free expert advice, freely given. We've bought two kitchens over the last decade after comparing the obvious high-end places and nobody could touch the quality, service & outstanding value from Ahmed & colleagues.

What a wonderful jewel of a shop this is within Buckingham"s Hidden Quarter!

Now - I don't usually give 5-star reviews but this shop deserves every single star! The owners have an incredible eye for wonderful interiors and little nuggets that will make your house look wonderful. From furniture to lighting, cards to gifts, everything you will need to make your house look that little bit different from the rest.

The customer service is exceptional and I have to be honest - cannot fault them!
