I really would not recommend this e commerce site. I received the cat basket after 10 days waiting - by which time we’d already travelled and I’d had to buy another one. Their returns process involved filling in a form, and if accepted, required a return in two weeks. We are away and couldn’t do that but they were completely inflexible so we have wasted money and time. Yes- if you go searching in their t’s and c’s it says it could take 10 days but I had expected a .co.uk site to be able to deliver in a few days, maybe a week. Shop elsewhere.

I strongly suspect this company is a scam. On its website it has three reviews, all supposedly by different people but all saying exactly the same!
