My 2 cats do really enjoy Scrumbles - particularly the pate (tin only) and the shredded box with pumpkin, turkey etc.. my main complaint is some of the packaging is misleading.. the pate tin box says salmon, chicken, turkey… but when you look at the ingredients it all has chicken in.. the pouch one used to be like that but you’ve now changed it so it says chicken&salmon, chicken&turkey, chicken.. I actually think this can be so dangerous for any cats have allergies. If your cat does have allergies, please don’t take the front of the packaging for what it is, look at the back! We prefer the tins as instead of 4% salmon/turkey, it’s 26%! It is frustrating you get 2 less tins and it costs more though.

Quick delivery and my dog loves this food! He can be a bit fussy but comes back to his dish 2 or 3 times to make sure it's absolutely licked clean since changing him to scrumbles.

Great service and reasonable price also. Most importantly though, my dog who was refusing everything I gave her and looking really depressed at meal times has gone back to doing little excited spins whenever she knows she’s getting her, now favourite food.

We have a poorly cat who has not got on well with other premium food. Scrumbles seems to be agreeing with her sensitive digestion.

Subscription a great deal - very easy to add, delete or change products and time between deliveries can be changed too. Great flexibility and choice for both our cat and dog who seem to really enjoy the products.

I cannot recommend this cat food highly enough. I have tried other more expensive alternatives but this beats the lot. For those not wishing to enter in to a subscription it is available in lots of supermarkets plus Amazon.

Scrumbles is perfect subscription is so easy and you save money and get credits to redeem every month. My dog loves the food and the bowl is always licked clean. Before her poo was unusual now they are perfect. A+++++

I placed my first order with scumbles yesturday as I wanted to try their food for my cat. They then lock you into a continuing order every month making it imposible to cancel. I am not impressed so will cancel my debit card to stop this. This practice will soon be out
lawed by the goverment.

Both my dogs are really fussy eaters one has a really funny tummy can't have chicken can't have any grains tried lots of different dog foods ate a bit and left it, saw Scrumbles in the pet shop got some to try they both ate the lot, so ordered online ordered Monday it was delivered on Wednesday arrived perfect and also online you get discounts for subscriptions thank you Scrumbles definitely will be ordering more

My little dog has a delicate tummy and is very picky with his food. I found Scrumbles by doing a google search and decided to give it a go. I ordered on Friday afternoon and my package arrived the very next day, first class service. The big bonus was that my dog absolutely loved his dinner so it's a big thumbs up.

Our cats LOVE this stuff 🥰 we'd been wanting to introduce our two girls (Moo and Milk) to some more high end cat food. We'd tried them on Marro and they absolutely hated it and it was so expensive. Our girls love gravy and soft shredded meats and have sensitive little tummies. Within seconds of open a packet of Scrumbles they were yelling and jumping up on the counter, clearly very excited to try it! They both demolished their dinner within minutes, licking up every last drop. They are very food and treat motivated little ladies and it's been sad watching them turn their nose up at high end cat food that's marketed as being loved by all cats. They have their appetites back again and it's such a relief! Thank you Scrumbles 🥰

It's good value for money too and I like that you can choose the amount of packets you are ordering where as with other subscriptions it was a set amount and we'd end up with excess food that they wouldn't eat.

My cat just sniffed it and walked away. Didn't want to eat it. Sorry

Although the outcome was not what I wanted I have to confirm that the company rep was politely matter of fact and helpful.

I love Scrumbles as do my kittens! When we got them, they had to be on a special gut health diet due to having upset tummies and the cat sanctuary had them on a food as advised by the vet which costs a fortune. I actually believe it is a bit of a racket between the company and vets but that’s another matter. I was so relieved to find this much better quality and far more affordable option. It does what it says and wins the war on poos and my kittens enjoy eating it. I also like the fact it is a smaller company and the packaging is super attractive!

Hugely disappointing experience from Scrumbles. Be warned that you do not receive human-responses if you have a query emailed to their customer service email address. An AI-bot handles enquiries. Any mistakes in an order cannot be rectified and orders cannot be cancelled. Your only option is to receive an order, pay for return postage and packaging (even if orders haven’t yet dispatched and you attempt to cancel the order!) and re-order. Beyond frustrating and disappointing from this company. Avoid and be careful.

My dog is really enjoying his scrumbles dog food

Product is very misleading. They took no responsibility, I personally will not shop with this company again. I shopped with three other companies thinking I was getting a certain product and being sent a different one. Three times I sent these products back and obtained a refund. My cat did not like those flavours so I ordered different flavours. On arrival I had received the same flavours from your company only to find the boxes do not state turkey with chicken, chicken and duck and chicken (which is what I wanted) instead you send just chicken, turkey and duck so I think you have sent the wrong ones Confusing YES, misleading YES. But after about 20 emails I find out the boxes you sent me are actually the ones I wanted chicken and turkey, chicken and duck and chicken, although on the box it says chicken, turkey and duck and am told that I should have read the ingredients I did not want that food because my cat is not keen.
