Tech support very helpful, but parent company does not supply them with critical tools

I had to contact tech support due mainly to the lack of information in the supplied user manual. The manual did not explain how to connect the unit and initiate the menu to make the required setting changes for my configuration. Tech support in the USA was very helpful, but did not have my unit in stock and was not supplied the information on how to operate changes to the configuration by the parent company. Fortunately, I was able to trouble shoot the method needed to configure the unit.
