This case helped me understand more about the real-world issues that we need to take in supply chain organizations. Instructions with respect to the weekly scenario cases could be more specific, but apart from that I felt like the case offered great learning insights.

Khoa and Rohit were very knowledgeable about our Alpha Mobility case. They were also willing to always help with any questions. The one con I would have for our case was that sometimes the deadlines were somewhat taxing with a full courseload but I do understand developing the guiding questions can be quite difficult especially when Khoa and Rohit do have full time jobs. Overall a great experience!

Rohit gave a fantastic presentation to my EMBA class. Learning his approach to navigate the past 2 years was enlightening and refreshing. I appreciated his emphasis on the human element; connecting with his suppliers, his people, and his customers in a meaningful way. This drove synergistic support in bringing a smile to his customers. I recognized that there were points of logical business decisions in his presentation worth celebrating, but what is more valuable is the level of morality and proper utilization of the subsequent high ground to bring support to his customer fulfillment. Very engaging presentation, very good messages, and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Thank you, Rohit.

3 things struck me from the presentation: (1) the value of Sathe's relationships, (2) the value of being 'the first mover', and (3) the value of why the employees at Sunrise Medical do what they do.

A Key takeway from our EMBA class was learning about the importance of risk management and how companies should strategize their risk management techniques to be better prepared for the future; this is especially the case in today’s current state. Our Operations class had the honor to welcome Rohit and Khoa last month to learn about their experiences and expertise in supply chain management. The two presented an interactive case study where we stepped into the shoes of a supply chain manager and gave us the power to make decisions to build a resilient supply chain admit all of the chaos and disruption. The two hour lesson was both fun, challenging, and insightful. We learned about the many complications of supply chain management (in terms of trying to achieve transparency, abiding by changing regulations, driving efficiencies, and minimizing risks (to name a few)) and how by being aware of such risks, we can pivot and create opportunities in this changing business environment. Very fun and insightful class- would recommend anyone looking to gain more insight on how to build a resilient supply chain to talk to and learn from these experts!

The methodology was amazing. The insights proportioned were useful with real-world examples.

The session was great and truly insightful. The various challenges faced in the global supply chain and the plausible impact down the line (bullwhip effect) was explained in detail and was conveyed in a concise manner. I was particularly impressed by the tools used during the session to gain the feedback from the attendees and the following interpretation of the results was interesting. Overall I would rate the subject matter expertise and the content delivery a 10/10. Would love to be a part of the future sessions!
