Great service & fast shipping

I just bought the small underwater scooter a month ago for our son who loves to snorkel. We will be taking the scubajet to the beach on the weekends this summer and also using it on our holidays when we go to one of the islands here in Greece. Thanks to Scubajet for the fast shipping and the nice and competent correspondence.

Best customer service

I have owned my scuba jets for several years and can speak to how great they are. More importantly, the few times I have needed assistance, Ursak and staff has been there to provide guidance, parts, advice... In all my years in the dive industry I have rarely experienced stellar customer service, knowledgeable, efficient, professional... I highly recommend Scuba Jet for their products and attention to customer service.

It's really an amazing product

It's really an amazing product! The Scubajet is the perfect water toy for boat trips and traveling for us. We spent two weeks in the Maldives and it was so much fun to use the Scubajet as a dive scooter and for stand-up paddling, especially also for our two kids. We'll always carry one with us when we travel.

Unlimited fun factor

We used the scubajet for stand-up paddeling with my 5 year old son. The experiene we made was amazing. Easy to put on the SUP, perfect control of speed by the stylish watch...and the look of others when we were ,shiping, through the lake. Overall it was an unforgettable event for our whole family. So this gadget is now definatly on of my favourits.

Don’t Buy Scubajet!!!

Do yourself a favor and save your money. My husband and I own a small diving company and invested in 6 Scubajets so that we could guide underwater scooter dives. Scubajet was attractive due to its light weight and sleek design. It was the worst waste of money in our memory. In the three years that we have owned them we have had a total of three successful dives out of at least 30. Every other dive has been problematic to borderline dangerous on two occasions. While Scubajet has been responsive and has worked with us when we had issues, yesterday was the final straw. Buttons pop off, year old batteries die without warning, the equipment rusts like crazy despite immaculate care, yesterday the accelerator button got stuck in the “on” position causing our guest to temporarily lose control of her buoyancy while trying to stop the scooter, another one started to reverse into our guest’s chest, the issues have been endless. We have no more fight in us to try to rectify all of the problems. I just hope that someone reads this and doesn’t make the same mistake we did by spending thousands of dollars on a suboptimal product.

Deceptive business

If you wish to proceed then know this. They charge you full upfront. website today still says 2 weeks shipping expected. (I waited over 3 months, gave up, Finally needed to consult my credit card company to pursue the funds)

Atrocious and deceptive.
I’m so thankful to have gotten our family money back. (Minus the credit card interest and other charges)

Bad Company, rip-off

I ordered a Scubajet Pro system for my paddle board. Spoke on the phone with Britney who stated she was the USA representative in Florida. She said the order would go through quicker if placed through her rather than placing the order on the website. She stated that there would be about a two week delay before the item shipped due to parts shortage, Gave her my credit card information and she stated she would email me the receipt for the purchase. Several weeks went by and I never received a receipt via email. A month and and half went by and I called her on the phone asking for the receipt and she then sent it to me with a date on it of the current date not the the date the order was placed. It is now more than 3 months later and I have not received anything from the company. I have contacted them via email and received a response that they are sorry for the delay but still having parts shortage’s. If a company can not provide the item requested then they should not charge your credit card until they can ship it! Bad company! Do not order from them unless you like paying money and not receiving anything!
Update 8/4/22, Finally received overwater unit for my paddle board. This was after asking for a refund if they could not deliver the unit immediately. They created a case number and a few days later shipped the unit. Not much for instructions included in the package so went on website to figure out how to operate the unit. Just bad business practice to charge people that much money and not deliver items ordered immediately.

ScubaJet PRO Support Has Been Great

I have had my ScubaJet PRO for about two years now. I think there was some early issues in 2020 with the product, as both the dual handle controller and motor unit needed to be exchanged within the first year. Support was very good and sent the replacement parts overnight after I showed the the problems over a video meeting. Have not had any issues with my ScubaJet PRO since and have done more than 60 dives with it. I do currently have a 2021/2022 support case about order status on a Kayak rudder adapter that I am still waiting for, so I will be reviewing that experience separately.

Scubajet looks nice in the company…

Scubajet looks nice in the company videos. Sleek, made in Austria, rewarded with Red Dot Award. It is, unfortunately, a disappointing failure. My experience with this drone was abysmal. 1. I purchased a Scubajet Neo, because of the light specification. But I received a Scubajet Pro. No explanation was given by the company. 2. The package had no instructions, missing the mounting key. 3. I was left but follow the company instructions. 4. The assembly instructions are confusing, sketchy and referring to old products. It is unacceptable. Any video or pdf. Instructions refers to outdated versions. Which one is real? 5. You guess and wonder why this drone received so many accolades? In this era of harsh competition from other companies, Scubajet is the worst product: low communication with costumer service, low quality, low expectations and deceiving business practices. This is an amazing negative experience that should put the Scubajet team to shame.

Very powerful and light weight

Having had many devices over the years, I’ve had high exceptions.
And this product does not disappoint!
Order & payment have been seamless - delivery really fast.
Tried it out around Catalina - it was a lot of fun! Made my dive much easier & more exciting. I can now cover more of the ocean with less effort.
It’s unbelievable how much thrust it puts out while being 3x lighter than my other devices.

ScubaJet Scam

ScubaJet does not deliver. It takes your money, then blames the "sales agent" for stealing your money. I am a California attorney looking for as many Scubajet victims as I can so they can be prosecuted. The FTC needs a large number of victims before paying attention. Small, light, manuverable and powerful

As an underwater cave explorer, I was searching for a system to increase my safety, helping effort against the elements, when searching for ocean caves or transferring to and from the entrances, especially of ocean blue holes. I wanted something to assist with fast egression on the way back when more tired from the dive and effort, but also in case of emergency and lightning storms. The scooter had to be powerful enough to tow me with all my gear with a total of about 300lbs/135kg of weight, but small enough to be able to carry it with my gear bag on the hikes.
I picked SCUBAJET thanks to the combination of its size, lightweight, and power.
More recently my partner and I have been using the scooter to assist with the long swims into the caves we are exploring to save some energy and time. The small format and light weight allow for easy transfer to and from the cave entrances and make it perfect to maneuver when not powered and to push through small restrictions. For increased safety, we have upgraded to a 400Watt battery, which requires just a longer tube. It has added some weight to the scooter but the size and weight are still remarkably lower than a regular diving scooter. Please note that the way we use the scooter is to help with effort but that we calculate our entry and exit requirements both for emergency gas and decompression on no scooter.
Once I acquired the SCUBAJET scooter I also tried it out with regular scuba gear in the ocean and for some freediving. As I started to use it and having a lot of fun with it, I can see the additional possibilities of such a device. As a diving professional I see applications for those divers who tire easily due to different personal issues, have heavier air consumption (using the scooter on and off to stay with the group would allow for less gas use), or are limited in the use of their body. Its modular composition makes it easy to pack it and travel with and so far we had no issues transiting through different international airports. I am extremely satisfied with the product as it meets the requirements I need and it has been very reliable.

Amazing product

Amazing product!

We recently ordered a Scubajet Pro dive package and it surpassed our expectations! The delivery was very quick and the product is very high quality. The design and feel of the Scubajet is very modernistic and is so lightweight compared to other products on the market. The weight is only 3.7kg which means I can very easily take the Scubajet on all my dives. Thank you!!

Buyer Beware

Buyer Beware: I recently ordered from Scubajet and here we are in Mid August and still no product, no refund. I was supposed to receive my shipment back in March. My shipment was delayed about 4 months and at that point I decided to just cancel the order. It has been a couple of months now and still no refund nor do I have any of their product. I have made numerous attempts, the company did reach out one time to say that the refund would be on it's way within a couple of weeks and that was about 5 weeks ago. Since then I have emailed several times and finally the US rep (who has been great, but unfortunately the company doesn't really communicate with him either and he doesn't get to make decisions) reached out after the last email, but there wasn't a resolution. My wife reached out to them via Instagram and they responded to email the people we have already been emailing. Anybody else know how we can get this company's attention? I have reached out to the FTC , next step is the European Commission and EConsumer.

Do not trust these people with your money

They will take your money but does not have the capacity to produce the promised product and if they finally manage to produce a Scubajet they will sell it to some new customer they deem to be more important than you. Please do not give them any money!
