Stephanie and Aimee have been nothing short of outstanding in the way they’ve supported me throughout what has been an incredibly difficult and distressing time. Their professionalism, kindness, and ability to listen with genuine care have made an immeasurable difference to me.
Stephanie in particular went above and beyond—securing an outcome that, by all accounts, would be considered extremely rare. I firmly believe that had it not been for her personal involvement, dedication, and persistence, I would not have achieved the success that I did. Her commitment and sense of justice are nothing short of remarkable.
In every interaction, both Stephanie and Aimee demonstrated patience, understanding, and a level of humanity that is often missing in systems meant to protect and support. They restored a measure of dignity and trust at a time when those things had been seriously eroded.
I cannot thank them enough for their help. They are a credit to their profession and a shining example of how the system should work.
Highly recommended—not only for their competence, but for the kindness, integrity, and sheer tenacity they bring to their roles.

Unfortunately I had to make contact with Scullion Law, over a potentially serious matter.
I initially called and spoke with a receptionist who was very pleasant and booked a telephone meeting with a lawyer by the name of Stephanie for this afternoon.
Stephanie was very reassuring and helpful. I hope they can assist me. The next review will be when this matters is concluded.

After switching Law firms in September I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Stephanie Grieve and the team at Scullion Law.
From regular updates and quick responses to any questions asked , I felt kept in the loop and clear about where we were and what the next step would be .
Very reassuring and professional team and I even had the founder of the firm call me and update me on how my case was progressing .
I will definitely use Scullion Law again for any legal issues or advice in the future .

Steph has been great throughout this process. I felt like I was the world's worst person and that I had done such a wrong. From the moment I called Scullion Law I felt heard and yes, whilst I had done wrong, that did not make me a bad person. Throughout this process Steph has been by my side without judgement and helped me throughout my sentencing to make sure that whilst I was pleading guilty that the severe mitigating circumstances that lead to the event weren't over looked. My life has completely turned around since then - thank you Steph.

I’ve never experienced anything like the challenges I was facing but Stephanie a
Grieve and her team couldn’t have been any better to me or any better for me . The perfect combination of kindness and caring attitudes along with the highest of work ethics to not only ease my mind but protect me as much as they possibly can.
The fact that Stephanie and her team take the time to get to know the client in front of them made the whole experience a lot more comforting and less stressful.
This team is the perfect combination for anyone facing uncertain challenges and convictions I highly recommend.
I hope and pray I never need them again but if I ever do I know exactly the team I want fighting my corner
My words can’t do Stephanie justice
But mark my words the best of the best

Michael listened to my concerns and clearly instructed me on the procedures and kept me informed throughout.
He managed to get a fantastic result for me for which I can’t thank him enough … but I would be writing this favourable review regardless of the outcome .
I’m so glad that I switched to Scullion Law as the previous company i had originally been referred to were not very friendly or engaging and I was put off immediately.

Before I tell you the nightmare that happened to me.. Please find a solicitor who does Fixed Fee conveyancing based on the price of your property. Sign only for that fee. Do not under any circumstances ALSO sign something called a SCOPE OF WORKS, which can have a rate of £250 per hour. Get the fixed fee in writing. My story is a cautionary tale. My parents died leaving their council house to my sister and I. I had completed the Confirmation paperwork but just wanted it double checked. So I inquired about a Confirmation checking service with Ailidh at Scullion and was told that they don't normally do that but if I gave them the conveyancing of the house they could do it all for £ 1500. Seemed reasonable as the normal conveyancing fee in Scotland was around £1300. At the end of the sale they attempted to bill us for an outrageous £11,000.... And I see from the bad reviews here that we are not the first people this has happened to.. I challenged this of course but they kept saying, it was because I had signed the scope of works. I told them that I had reached an agreement with Ailidh and besides that charging £5000 plus VAT conveyancing fees for a little £136,000 council house was ridiculous. Not to mention over £4000 plus VAT for Confirmation checking.
Oh but they stuck to their guns and caused the most horrific stress to us. I ended up getting medical care. Luckily, I found an email from AIlidh detailing the £1500 and stipulating that the scope of works would only be used with our prior authorization. Which it wasn't. Its really unbelievable how they didn't have a copy of this same email. Had I not found it, they would have not acknowledged this agreement.
I am writing to the Law society because I would hate for anyone to suffer what we did.
Charmaine please refrain from writing a response you know this is the short version.

I approached Scullion Law Last year due to myself being involved in a complex multiple charge case that threatened to disrupt both my military career and pension. The case was dealt with by Stephanie Greive and her team, whom have intimate knowledge of the military and the unique needs of service life. Stephanie and her team were excellent throughout, ensuring that both my personal and service life was minimally affected, which reduced the stress considerably. During proceedings i was kept in the loop constantly and the case was successfully concluded without the need to go to trial. I thank Stephanie Greive for her confidence and professionalism in this case, and i fully recommend herself to any service person in a similar situation to myself with so much at stake.

I had the privilege of being represented by Stephanie Grieve in a criminal justice case, and I cannot recommend Stephanie & Scullion Law enough. From the very beginning, Stephanie was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. She took the time to explain the legal process in detail, ensuring I understood every step and felt confident in my defence.
The attention to detail and strategic approach were truly impressive. She thoroughly examined the evidence, identified key arguments, and presented my case skillfully and determinedly. Her advocacy in court was outstanding, and ability to remain calm under pressure was reassuring.
Beyond her legal expertise, Stephanie was compassionate and understanding. She provided not only legal guidance but also emotional support, making a stressful situation much more manageable.
Thanks to her hard work and dedication, my case resulted in the best possible outcome. If you need a solicitor who will fight for you with professionalism and integrity, I highly recommend Stephanie Grieve @ Scullion Law.

I recently had occasion to use Scullion Law for a driving related case. I was represented by Stephanie Grieve. Stephanie throughout the whole process kept me fully appraised and delivered assistance and guidance. The professionalism of Stephanie and indeed all staff I dealt with at Scullion Law was encouraging for myself. My case ran on for some 6 months with Stephanie being positive the whole time. The matter was concluded by having no case to answer, which was a great relief to me. A big thank you to Stephanie and Scullion Law. I would have no hesitation recommending Scullion Law.

I would like to thank Stephanie Grieve for representing me for the intermediate diet and getting the case dropped before the trial went ahead, she had gone above and beyond for me. I was accused of running a red light though from my judgement it was going from green to amber, no solid white line was visible at the time of the event. She had explained my situation and eventually the case was dropped. I’m glad I chose Stephanie to represent me, should I have any cases in the future I will be contacting this firm again to represent.
