It took over a month to get a hairbrush. It was not packaged in a box so the package had been squeezed and mashed. Lots of the bristles had fallen out. Very disappointing.

I ordered a glass rose January 14, 2026 for my girlfriend in the Philippines. They told me it would ship within a couple days. O emailed them several timesvand theyvwould never respond. After a week and a half, I asked them to cancel and I ordered from Amazon. They finally said it had already shipped. Amazon delivered within 10 days and I still tried to cancel. They wouldn't because it shipped they said. Today, February 4th, I got a notice it was just now shipping. They lied to me several times. Do not not buy from SCULPTIURE. They are dishonest.

I purchased a fruit washer/spinner on Instagram from this company. It took weeks and weeks and weeks to arrive, and when it came, it was very cheap quality and didn’t work. It was also dirty right out of the box. I contacted them, and they offered me two dollars.😑 Waste of money.

I placed and PAID ($50+) for two travel power strips on Nov. 3rd. I still have not received the items which were supposed to be a Christmas gift. I have communicated with them more than 20 times demanding a refund!!! They keep responding that I should wait and try the items because I might like them!!! I don't even need them anymore as I had to purchase something else to replace them. They chose the shipper, so non-delivery is their problem!!! I want my money back!!!

Don’t buy this product. My leather purse for $19.99 ended up costing $38.00. I waited 6 weeks for the purse which was cheap and not leather. They offered me $6 or send it back to China. When I said no I wanted a full refund they said to bad.

This company advertises leather handbags and claims to be based in the US. In reality, they are a Chinese company selling plastic handbags at inflated prices complete with a fake tracking number on tracking-hub. I reported them to paypal after not receiving anything for a month. Then they sent their plastic garbage. I then claimed the item as "not as advertised" so they said I could return it for a refund. I sent it addressed exactly as given, only to be returned to sender - unable to be delivered. They gave a fake or incomplete return address to stop paypal from completing the claim. So now I'm out the original cost plus return postage. Avoid at all costs.

My purse smelled like fish. I contacted them and was told to take a photo and attach it to the email.

Sculptiure is a China company which I could not ascertain as in China until after my order arrived. The product as advertised is not an Italian leather purse but a vinyl product with a plastic strap. To return it is not money wise unless I want to spend more money to get a refund that will not cover costs already spent. I spent $41.82 which included shipping, insurance, taxes for a Italian leather purse that was 50% discounted at $19.99. They offered me $5 or ship purse back to China at a cost of around $27 for a refund of the product cost $19.99. Not a good offer.
