Efficient transaction, however, price I paid for tickets was double the price shown on the tickets.

Person from whom I ordered the tickets was pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. Tickets arrived by FedEx within a couple of days of placing the order. Was surprised and dismayed to see that the price I paid for the tickets was double that shown on the tickets themselves. Not good business practice and that should have been disclosed. Would probably have purchased the tickets another way if I had known that.

Hi Mary,

Glad everything went smoothly with your order. As you probably saw on our website, we do indicate that prices may exceed face value; we just can't tell you by how much because the seller sets the ticket price independently. While prices can sometimes be at or below face value, prices for higher demand events will typically exceed face value.

My tickets were delivered promptly and without error

I wasn't able to order online - the arena seating chart (color-coded) did not indicate which color was loge or general seating - it was confusing. I had to get that information from your customer care person who did a great job in helping me. I did get the email as to where I could download my tickets. This part of the process went well.

This site Sucks

Paid almost $100.00 over the ticket price and then when I got tickets
someone else's name on them and the seats were the last row in the balcony. I asked them to cancel and they wouldn't. Great customer
relations- huh???

Hi Maureen,

You selected these tickets and agreed to this total price before you placed your order. As stated in multiple locations, prices on our site are determined by market value (supply and demand) and can exceed face value. E-tickets sometimes carry the original owners name - this is clearly stated in your order confirmation e-mail. The name on the ticket has no effect on the ticket's validity or your ability to use it. Thanks for your review.

Very helpful

I was unfamiliar with the venue and you provided much assistance finding a good seat that would fit my budget. Thank you.
