So called next day delivery waited a week nothing from them,

I ordered BMW centre caps weeks ago, with the order stating next day delivery. It has been 3-4 weeks and I have still not received the parts. I have chased them up sending emails to different email addresses and have yet to receive a response. This operation must be a scam and would advise anyone buying anything from this business to rather look elsewhere, otherwise you run the risk of losing your money.

Took the order took the money two weeks after estimated delivery date there are no goods no response to my queries and no requested refund. Buy your bMW bits elsewhere, I think I know what the SD stands for but it wouldn’t be published.

Absolute shocking company to deal with. Ordered a set of gloss black Range Rover lettering in April. Nothing arrived, sent 2 emails chasing which were ignored, rang twice, was told they were being sent out. Called today 3rd time, were now in June to be told “ out of stock bro” . We will refund 3-5 working days. Beyond shocking and unprofessional.

Non professional DIY AC recharge they don't use any equipment just small gass can with trigger.
Waste of money please avoid better stick to reputable people

I went to SD performance to get my M140i de catted with a stage 2 re tune with pops and bangs. I met Dan for the first time, what a wonderful guy so polite he answered all my questions without hesitating, Dan spent 45 minutes with me to go through the options I had, he made me feel at ease and he knows what his talking about. What a great guy I couldn’t wait the Saturday when he booked me in. Wow he transformed my car into a beast, really really over the moon, I drove off with a big smile on my face. Any one who wants any tuning done go to SD performance, Dan and his team where so brilliant thanks guys see you guys soon.

Order never arrived/no refund. They kept giving different excuses like the item was out of stock, then when it came back in I was told they had sent it but for some reason it hadn’t reached me. This then happened another 2 times meaning they’ve apparently sent 3 items in total and not one has managed to get to me. They then used the excuse that my postcode was wrong which was rubbish because in previous chats on the phone they had confirmed my address was right. In the end I requested a refund which to no surprise I never received. Please don’t buy from this scamming company. Save your money!!

Ordered hub covers. Never arrived, cannot contact - so glad it was only a small amount of money I have lost. DO NOT USE.

Ordered a new grill for my car. Delivery date came and went, didn’t hear anything on my order. Only upon calling a week later did I find out there were none in stock, despite saying there were 8 available. A courtesy call or email to update me would have been appreciated. Or better yet, update the website to reflect stock before taking my money for a product that doesn’t exist. Eventually agreed to go with the another option instead which I’m happy with anyway. Seems good quality and looks really good on the car.

No product arrived. No refund processed despite several promises by phone, all were broken. Apparently “it’s our warehouse people to blame “….
