They take the money but never delivered my order.
I guess it is a fake site.

Scammers. Do not order anything ever from them.

They did not ship, they had no intention of shipping.

Instead, they send a link to a pretend tracking site they control which pretends to show progress. They do this to delay chargebacks as long as they can.

They also tacked on a spurious 25% 'tax' after I placed my order. They refunded that when I launched my chargeback dispute.

I am in dispute with them through PayPal. I am sure I will get back my money, but these scammers need to be stopped.

Ordered a specific product and received another product. Instead of reimbursing the full amount (USD 39,39) I was offered a compensation of USD 9,00. Do not order on this website!

NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEIR WEBSITE !!!! THEY'RE SCAMMERS !!!!! THEY'LL JUST STEAL YOUR MONEY !!!!!! I ordered an Eras Tour ornament on their website on October. I have waited more than 2 MONTHS to receive it, in the beginning of January.... AND it was the WRONG ITEM !!!! So I sent them emails to ask them if I could be refunded or exchange the item cause it's THEIR MISTAKE and they told me it was not possible. They are NOT making ANY REFUND or ANY EXCHANGE !!! They were SOOO UNHELPFUL from the beginning !!!! Don't buy there.

Ordered an item November 9 and as of January 15, 2025 haven't received it. I've attempted to call but no answer. I've emailed and requested a refund and they responded to be patient. I've sent a second email and have received no response. Horrible customer service.

I wish there was a no star option. I never recieved my item and I ordered two months ago. They claim they sent a backup but keep telling me to be patient. They are a TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM>

Ordered on 24th of October, never received my order, they refuse to refund me. Straight up stealing... Stay away from this company at all costs.

Edit: after 3 months of waiting I received wrong items. The company still refuses to refund me.

It's a scam. I've ordered 2 items, what I received was just ugly fake with only distant similarity to originals.
I was trying to cancel my order just half an hour after placing my order, but of course it was impossible already...

It took a while but l eventually got my figures they were appalling they came blue instead of white with holes in them very poorly moulded no way worth the money, asked for a refund through PayPal had no reply then when l checked the status it said case close do to false tracking information ? Phoned PayPal the man said contact my bank my bank said contact PayPal, got through to a lady in PayPal she reopened the case, so lve posted back, but the company Lissabrava co ltd ie sea of Pineapples just keep fobbing me off... so lm contacting PayPal again, but lm not optimistic of getting any money back,we will see if they have any integrity at all... fingers crossed PayPal will stand up for me

I have been waiting on an ornament ordered in October. The tracking stops at the end of November. They say it's still coming and to be patient. Do not order from this company.

I ordered October 28 and still do not have my items, as of December 18. Customer service swears they sent a replacement, but cannot provide tracking information over a week later. I requested a refund, but they refuse to acknowledge my request, and keep telling me to be patient! Do not buy from this company!

Woefully under delivered on customer service and fulfillment.

7 weeks since order confirmation and still no product. Tracking status not updated after 4 weeks since order. CS says they reshipped at 5 weeks, but have yet to provide tracking number.

Unfortunately, I am experiencing a long delivery time of my item that is far beyond anything that is considered acceptable. I am frequently receiving shipments from the US to Europe, but NEVER have I experienced a shipping lead time of 1 1/2 months with such poor update on he shipping progress.

The customer service is giving generic answers and cannot even provide the name of the carrier that is used for domestic shipments in my country although having asked already three times!

Bought Jesus Cross Metal Sign Christ Wall Art Decor. Delayed an eternity to receive. Ordered approximately September 14, 2024 and received October 28, 2024. First problems with amount charged (eventually resolved), second product delay seem an eternity and third received the product in pieces, plastic not metal as described/published. Informed customer service for return or refund. Still waiting for their response. Poor customer service.

I am so beyond disappointed!

They messed up my order (sent the wrong product) and then refused to make it right. I asked them to do the right thing and no response.

I ordered the flattened spoons with a saying on it that I was going to give to several lifelong friends. They sent the spoons (which took over 3 weeks to arrive), with the incorrect saying, ("I wet my plants" - which I do not like and will not use. I sent them the pics and required info and they said "Sorry" and that they can't reimburse me.

WARNING: DO NOT USE this COMPANY. They are not honest and their customer service SUCKS.

I ordered a clock from this company. It was an atomic flying meteor clock, these are about £100 on easy.
This one was listed as £35. Once you add on tax and postage it comes to £48.
It purports to come from the USA. It doesn't It comes from China. Hence the daily pointless shipping updates.
The photos, which they have simply lifted from the etsy site show a clock with a glass front.
What came was a basic badly painted frame no glass and bent hands. The clock mechanism doesn't work.
Don't bother trying to contact them a bot will keep you tied up in correspondence for weeks. Then they offer you £5 or a credit for more junk.
A lesson learned for me. This will be going in the bin. Avoid this company.
