I ordered just under a month ago - not yet received - order not yet shipped ???? - they've taken my money - is this a real Company????

I’m surprised by all the negative reviews because I really like my swimsuit I bought from them! I read the reviews before ordering and they were mostly about returns. But seeing as a full bikini was about the same price as each part of a bikini elsewhere, I thought I’d take a risk. Also, I really liked the style. It seems to be hard to find shorts- style bikinis nowadays. It came faster than I expected (low expectations as I did read reviews first) and I have worn it several times. I really like it. I do wonder if it will last as long as I would like but holding up well so far and I’ve washed it in the machine. I’m happy enough that I am considering buying another one. I really like being able to wear the bottom half as shorts if needed! The size was what I expected as well. I think I did read the size guide and measure mysel, if I remember correctly.

I’ve left a previous review about a swimming costume that lasted one day on holiday well I e mailed the company they don’t issue refunds for faulty goods and advised me to take it to a tailor . Don’t waste your time with this company

Absolutely rubbish quality and no response to repeated requests to return for a refund. BEWARE!!!!

Real scam of a company. Sizing is way off; product mediocre quality; shipping costs crazy high; they make returns impossible. Never buy anything from them… you’ll regret it if you do!

Bad product and don't reply to emails when requesting a return/refund. Buy at your peril. I wish I had read the reviews first!

Swimsuits may look great, but quality isnt there. Maybe the swimsuit bought was just bad production, but returns are absolutely not going to happen. Only new suits can be returned, which this one ripped at the seam after a week. It took a week to finally get a response from Sea Fancy support from China.

Sea fancy is very misleading. They have a uk address on their website but if you need to return your product they make it very difficult. They make you several offers of a % of your money back and then finally send you an address in the US. Avoid.

AVOID SEA FANCY AT ALL COST!! They don’t even merit one star! Should be minus zero. I agree with the other reviews that say they are utter fraudsters. The products on their website look good but what I received was completely inappropriately sized and shoddily made. I’m now on my fourth email trying to get them to provide me with a returns address. Their initial emails were along the lines of “why don’t you keep the product and we’ll give you 35% off your next order (what a joke!) But if you INSIST on wanting a return we’ll give you the returns address in our next email”. INSIST - it is a purchaser’s right to return unused/unworn products. So four emails on I still have no return address. Luckily I paid for this on my credit card and will be contacting them this morning. What a nightmare!

This company should be avoided at all costs. using their sizing chart the suit was far too big. Trying to return and/or order a replacement was made complicated and very expensive. So much so that we decided to cut our losses and learn an expensive mistake. Please do not use this company.

Wish I could give 0 stars. As everyone else has said, this company are fraudsters and opportunists. Be warned that, unlike many other scammers, their website does look legitimate. It's only when you've ordered something and try to return it (e.g. because the sizing is way off) that the truth comes out.

The website seafancy.co.uk have a returns policy but look closely! You have to message them via Facebook Messenger to REQUEST a refund or exchange.

Red flags (in hindsight):

1) Payment location is Paris
2) Returns (according to them) is to the USA, which is NOT stated on their website.
3) When pressed, they will offer a 30% refund only, and if you are not happy they will BLOCK you on Messenger.
4) Customer service (email only) will not respond to your emails.

So I bought 2 swimsuits, a selected the size based on their size guide. 1 of the items was too big, so I contacted them via their email address on their website, and requested to return it for a refund. No response at all!

Then I contacted them via Facebook Messenger, and they eventually was offered a 30% refund because the return address is in the US, they said. I responded and informed them I wasn't happy with this. They did NOT provide a return address. When I tried to contact them again, they had blocked me.

So - avoid this company like the plague!
Their website and social media advertising looks very attractive, but the way they do business is unethical and illegal to say the least. They don't adhere to their own returns policy and are FRAUDSTERS!!

Ordered before reading reviews here and was quite worried. However the items arrived within a week and the look and fit are good. Luckily I didn't need to return anything so can't comment on that.

Appalling service - No returns address. Only partial refund offered starting a 25% and only increasing to 80% after a significant amount of effort from me. Returns address apparently in the USA but no address was going to be provided. Customer service a disgrace.

Bought a swimsuit, it did not fit well so asked for the return labels. Was told that i would have to (1)could have 30%refund

This company is a scam.
I ordered stuff from them and wanted to refund it. They straight out refused a refund and then after much arguing agreed to refund partial amount. I agreed to that but i never received the refund.

I purchased a bikini from Sea Fancy. Initially when I purchased the item I was inexplicably charged twice for it. I contacted customer service who couldn’t provide a reason for this but, I was refunded. The bikini itself was ill fitting but, based on the information on here and my experience to date I’m not even going to waste my time trying to return it. Then what finished me was receiving an invoice from FedEx for delivery charges as the company is not UK based. Overall a really poor experience and will not be shopping here again.

Despite having a .co.uk address this is an American company.
Having placed an order I waited, then chased. I was told due to it being a “busy period” the items ordered were out of stock. Having requested a refund I was told it would take 5-15 days for this to be processed. After 15 days I had to chase again and was told due to it being a “busy period” it hadn’t been processed but would be immediately.
I have given a 2 star rating because on the 2nd time of chasing my refund it did appear….otherwise they would have scored 1 star.

Ordered from this company thinking they were UK based due to the URL. Went by the measurements they gave for the items and order 3x costumes in a S for my daughter. They are all too small for her. They are also not as described and smaller than they should be.

I tried to arrange an exchange, they do not supply a shipping address, saying its in America. The parcel arrives with a UK return address which is fake.
They then start offering 65% refund and suggesting you then rebuy. I requested they supply a UK return address, seeing as their site indicates it's UK, they have refused. I have requested they send the correct sized items and they have refused pointing me to their returns policy. I can't return it as there is no return address and they won't supply it.

AVOID this company, it appears to be a scam. They send stuff in sizes that would fit a 10 year old and then try and get you to buy it again.
