Absolutely awful! I wish I read these reviews before I ordered my swimsuit. It took ages to arrive, and although it was of a reasonable quality, it was too small for me. I asked for refund but like previous reviewers I did not get anywhere with it. I involved my bank to do a chargeback, but it also did not get my money back because apparently my case was not covered by the chargeback scheme’s rules. I totally wasted my money and there is NOTHING I can do about it. Not sure how this is even legal.

I too thought I was buying from U.K. company.
Swimsuit arrived after 2 weeks and was so big the crotch was hanging 10pms between my thighs.
Emailed five times for return procedure with no replies. Post messages twice on Facebook with no replies.
How can I contact this company to make a return? Please Seafancy respond.

Do not deal with this company. I bought a swimsuit from them, the delivery took 2 weeks to arrive. The item was of reasonable quality but did not suit me. There was no paperwork with the item, other than a sticker on the package detailing the order with a non delivery address on. In good faith I returned the item promptly to that address. Their customer service is appalling, email only, no phone number. After emails backwards and forwards they claim the address is their Logistics company and they will not receive the return. Which is rubbish, of course they will. I wish I had read all the dreadful reviews before purchasing from them. Only use a company name you know. or that has decent reviews. It’s a shame they can’t trust the quality of their products and aim for decent customer service.

One star rating is too high. Uses a .co.uk address when not UK-based, goods will come from China and you'll be asked to return to the USA if no good. Expect to be offered a partial refund instead and to keep the items which means you are down financially either way.

A refund that was due 'within 3-15 days' on 1 September has still not arrived into October so bank is now involved.

Omg, i waited in anticipation for my new swimming costume. I ordered a size larger with wide straps!!! I have not received anything so shoddy in my life and waaay too small .... my smaller costumes are bigger .... never ever again. I am disgusted

Absolutely kicking myself for not reading the reviews here before ordering. I checked measurements carefully but swimsuit was way too big, and the fabric is cheap and not at all supportive. I am now locked in an email battle trying to get the address to return it (which, reading the reviews now, I realise is going to be US) because they keep ignoring what I'm saying and offering me complicated options to keep the thing that doesn't fit.

The website doesn't indicate that returns have to be sent to the USA. This means the cost of returning a swimsuit is almost as much as it cost in the first place. I was first offered a refund of 30% of the cost and to keep the costume, then 50%, and finally 70%.

I'm not entirely sure they are operating within UK Consumer Rights Regulations.

Outrageous. I won't be using them again.

Awful company refuse to give you a refund or to return items. I wished I had checked them out more before buying from them.

To be avoided. Items are counterfeit. Run them through Google lens and you’ll see the original companies from whom the photos have been stolen. These counterfeit items are poorly made.

Items not received , gave fake tracking number. Misleading as based in China not UK. Refunded via PayPal.

I have tried 2 of their costumes and the shapes are bizarre and poorly designed. They look lovely on their website, but if you don't have a large bust, then this isn't for you.

Over complicated returns policy (company from China). Swimsuit ok, but sure can get something just as nice from somewhere closer to post from and easier to deal with.

Swimwear on the big side and the so called tummy control which was advertised was non existant.

Paid £18 for express delivery, still took 10 days to arrive. Which was too late for my holiday. Just standard delivery with many other companies would be a fraction of the price if not free and would arrive sooner.

I would not recommend anyone buy from this company.

Just received my second purchase from Seafancy. Arrived 10 days after ordering I thought pretty good quality swim suit. Sizing appropriate. Would order from them again.

My swimsuit was far too big and no tummy control at all. I have sent emails to customer services and no reply so far … the item came with no return label .
Strange though they were very quick at taking my order and sending my confirmation of order.
A Chinese company with no UK presence .
Reading the other reviews here if they do respond I won’t be posting to the USA .
It took about 8 days to arrive .

Wish i'd read the reviews. Glad i am not the only eejit out here. Took 14 days to arrive; i'd ordered 2 sizes. Too late for holiday. Asked for refund. Was told i could keep for 30% discount. Said no i want a refund. Usual hokum about have to return to USA, and offer of 65% refund. Which i have accepted and not holding my breath for the refund. Glad I paid through Paypal.

I read the reviews after having placed my order and felt the dread. But my swimwear was delivered today and it is lovely! I followed the measurements guide on the website and it fits perfectly. The quality seems perfect and the colours are lovely, as expected. I’m very happy with my purchase. Only negative is that delivery took two weeks, I didn’t realise it was coming from China. It looked like a UK website.

I read all the reviews, too late because I had already made the order, so was apprehensive when I had to cancel the order. However, after emailing them, they responded promptly and the refund was back in my account when I received the email to say I would be getting a refund. I would call that’s a good service.

Ordered 3 Swimsuits took too long to arrive, arrived whilst I was away, so tried to return 2, quality ok, but no need for all 3 so tried to return 2 unworn & unwashed, even though advertise UK, return was to USA, took ages for a reply, then only offered a % refund

As with all the other reviews ... just wish I had read these first! Overpriced, given the impression they are UK based company, item did not fit properly so tried to return but the same experience as with all other customers below. I have requested a a 50% refund even though the item is poor quality and a very bad fit. An expensive lesson to learn - next time I will do my research!
